I just wanted to make people aware of what I have been dealing with. We had ordered pizza through there Facebook website for it to be delieved at 7:49 on Saturday afternoon. I gave it an hour and tried to call the store and no one answered the phone. I immediately sent an email to them to tell them we never received our order and we just wanted our money back. I understand there has been weather issues so they haven’t been open. I called again Wednesday at 11:30 and I was on hold for 7 minutes so hung up and called back and then I finally got someone, I tried to ask for a manager and I was told that there was not one there at the moment and she instantly got an attitude with me and literally arguing with me. So we just ended the phone call bc she said she will tell the manager when they came in. I called again at 3:39 and I was able to talk to a manager and he told me it was a DoorDash problem and if he could get my name and number and he was going to call the owner to see if he can issue a refund that way. I never received a call back. Today I gave DoorDash a call and I gave them all the information and she told me it didn’t go through DoorDash it was on PYG ordering system so they need to give me a refund. I just want a refund! $40 is $40 especially in the economy. We have always loved PYG but this is completely unacceptable for a business. Do better.

What on earth ? is happeningggg?!?! I love love love pyg pizza butttt somethings…different? The salad was old, the pizza was made wrong and didn’t taste the same, anddd most importantly the ranchhh!? Ohhhh my achy breaky heart! objectively one of the best things there, Ddddefinitely isn’t the same :/ ohhhh well everything’s entitled to an off day, I guess. But even still I’ve heard similar things recently from other people so it just makes ya wonder “what’s happened to our delicious little gem PYG…?”

The last three time's my wife and I have ate here we could not get them to answer the phone and when we put it in on-line they never see it and we have to wait when we get there. Also when we put our order in on-line they do not update us on what they were out of until we get there an we have to change our order to what is available.
Tastes like they dumped a bottle of basil in the sauce, and messed up a two pizza order. Do yourself a favor and skip.

The Stromboli tasted really good but the attached picture was the large that we paid $21.99 for. We were very disappointed in the portion size and even went back in to make sure it was a large and they said it was. Put my phone beside to hopefully show the small size of the large.
