Young lady behind the counter, got an attitude because we expressed the fact that they didn’t have Exact change, and didn’t let you know until you got to the register.. All team members were talking and cursing about us because we didn’t get notified until we were checking out very unprofessional and cursing behind the register, but we did over here clearly what they were saying behind the counter. I will not return don’t waste your time stopping

This my 2nd online purchase and idk if they can’t read or understand how to make the sandwich they never put what suppose to be on there I guess they put what they want I always order 2 and they never make them right . Guess I’ll have to start driving 20 mins away to the next town for better subway atleast it will be right . And when u call to let them know nobody never answers the phone $30 of food down the drain and can’t eat it bc it’s not right give it to the dogs

Made an online order. Pick up was 4:45. I received the notification that my order was ready for pickup. I got there at 4:50 and my order hadn't even been made. 10 more minutes pass and the lady that was going to make the sandwiches tells me that they only have white bread. I ordered Italian herb and cheese. So needless to say I had them cancel my order. During this my daughter overheard a lady say that the bread was moldy. Will not go back to this location. Sad how this store has gone so downhill.

Ordered a foot long. The whole sandwich only had enough meat and veggies for a 6in all the way across. Considering a foot long costs over $11 now, I expected better.

I went in there to use the bathroom because my son was in there buying food and I was just going to get in and out. No big deal. I get it, they don't want a parade of folks walking in and out of the store using the all the time, but I was with a paying customer, and no one else was in there.
But they had to pretend like they thought a customer was in there because God forbid I use their bathroom.
This is no reflection on their food, but rather their customer service. It was more about the principal of the matter.

Ordered a BLT and didn't get no B. I said thank you as I walked out and no one even acknowledge my existence. Poor atmosphere and faces were buried in phone.

Recently rated this location a 1 for an online order and here we are again for an in store order.

Regarding my past order, the “store owner” reached out via email offering apologies and a free sub my next visit (this visit) which I tried to use but we’ll get to that in a minute. The clerks working were extremely dismissive even though I was the only customer in the store. The bread on one of my subs completely ripped and they would not replace it. The lady adding toppings acted like I was an inconvenience, I only had 2 foot longs and they both got the same toppings.

When the time came for checkout, I pulled up the email u received from the “store manager” Hardik stating a free sub and the lady immediately dismissed it and told me there is no store manager so there’s no way I’m telling the truth. I proceed to show her the email and she would not acknowledge it, continues to add my order to the register and tell me the total.

I should’ve walked out without paying but I’m not a complete asshole so I paid and left. Terrible customer service, terrible product.

Made an online order and The app said my order was ready so I went in to pick it up. Not only was my order not ready, I was waiting for 15 minutes before they asked my name and then started making my order. After they finished my order and had it in a bag they called another customer that came in 15 minutes after I did to get her order while mine sat on the counter. Finally they asked my name again and said my order was ready. 35 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Not happy at all! Pageland restaurants aren’t worth the trouble anymore. Long waits, bad service and the food isn’t worth a crap. Just a waste of time and money!

I was in the store at 611 E Maynard St. In Pageland to pla e a order for dine in. There was one employee making a to go order and 3 other employers standing around talking to customers ignoring that we were standing there trying to place an order. Finally one of these girls came behind the counter and picked up an empty container and started to walk away from us. I asked her of we could get someone to take our order and she looked at us and rolled her eyes and walked away. We left and went up the street to Wendy's, placed our order and it was ready by the time we fixed our drinks.I hope this is not the usual service this Subway gives on a regular daily basis.

Giving this SUBWAY in Pageland sc, 1 star is being way too generous. Spent $46 on 4 “sandwiches “ and they didn’t have any bread. WTH. The manager of this store should be fired!!!!!
