Walked in, three crew members sitting in the dining room vaping a weed pen. I walked to the front counter and they all came back to work, not one person washed their hands. I asked who was making my food, they girl said probably the one in the hoodie, I said I don't want anyone of you making my food because no one washed their hands. The guy stated we wear gloves. Anyone who enters the BOH should wash their hands. Gloves doesn't give you a pass from washing your hands. Gloves cross contaminate more because people touch more with gloves on. First and last time I wish here.

They the two cooks left me standing after my order had been placed and went and had a smoke break instead of making my food.the girl taking the orders was slow and I think stoned.the food was not good.i will not go there again.

The cashier accepted the order but didn't have the whole order . Then said he is leaving before it was completed.
The customer service last night was spectacular . I work second shift and most of the time I go there late night they are closed early but they were open, and my husband thank the young man for being open and able to handle his shift, then we kindly ask if we could get out food made fresh and we'll wait ( i had two orders of the 10 piece nugget meal),he was so kind and generous he did just that and brought our food out it was hot and fresh so I was able to have a hot meal and it was fantastic.
“Lady” working night shift 4/19 thinks it’s okay to stand around talking and run the time clock up and refuse to take orders. This Wendy’s doesn’t close at 2. They’re “out the store at 2”
