O my the southern French dip was divine. My wife had the fish taco wrap which I would personally never order but it wowed me. Crispy perfect fish paired with a mango salsa and sauce that made it melt in your mouth begging for more.

The food and wine are exceptional. We love it here. Plus, we never feel like we are being rushed. Love the viewParking: You have to park across the street and later in the day can sometimes be difficult. Last we were there it’s difficult for elderly. The elevator is out of the way so there are a bunch of steps

I’ve traveled extensively. I walk in the door and no one is at the bar. I request a seat at the bar for dinner. The bartender refuses and says ‘you don’t want a table?’ They are NOT busy. I have to wait 10 minutes for the manager who reluctantly finally agreed to let me eat at the bar. I walked out and even though I’m at the hotel for a week will never be back. Very poor management.

We drove 6 hours for our wedding anniversary to stay at Litchfield. We asked about and were told the hours of Ocean One. They never said we had to have a reservation this year to eat there. We dressed up for our anniversary and went to Ocean One, and they immediately informed us that we could not eat there because we had to make a reservation. It is our annual celebration for our anniversary. We have ate there every year without a reservation.
The pear martini is my favorite drink. The food is always delicious, and the view is wonderful. It’s so convenient to walk there from Litchfield-by-the-Sea.

The entire Evening was positively delightful! The Food was hot and delicious. I have eaten at many restaurants in my 7 decades of life and I must say Ocean One provided the FIRST PERFECT DINING EXPERIENCE I have ever had. This restaurant was totally outstanding, including the view of the ocean, the friendliness of the staff, the knowledge of their food and specials, the quality and efficiency of their service, the perfection put into their plate presentation and the fine tasting, delicious food they serve to you. It was an amazing experience!

I never thought you could do anything more to a lobster tail to make it taste better other than dip it in butter. Wrong. They have Parmesan encrusted lobster that is one of the best things I have ever eaten! Awesome!!Parking: During the Summer tourist season parking is difficult, the rest of the year is no problem at all.

Bartender with sleeve tattoos has no semblance of professionalism. Instead of asking our group of 8 guys to please quiet down he was very aggressive and in our face about it, to the point we felt uncomfortable and unwanted. More like a prison guard than a server. We were all going to buy dinner and instead wen’t elsewhere. I advise anyone to do the same.

Great view overlooking ocean. However, cocktails were inconsistent. My Miami Vice was perfect but my Blueberry Lemonade was heavy on the alcohol. The shrimp was good but personally thought hushpuppies were better.
