Decent food and quick service. Walked in on a Saturday morning that wasn’t busy. staff made me feel like I was bothering them to even order.

A hair in one of the bagels. Bagels that should have been toasted weren’t. Cream cheese was way too soft and mushy. Wrong type of bagel was given to us. It was a to go order so we couldn’t bring it back. Awful.

The man working was super kind and friendly. We took our bagels to go but when we got in the car to eat them, they were fantastic! So good! We're sorry we didn't buy some day-olds to take home!

The customer service is outstanding. They make you feel like you were the only customer for the day. I had my turkey sandwich on a bagel in lieu of a hogie roll, not regrets. Love everything about this place. We will be back soon!

Best bagels in the area,but the counter help especially Ryan and Kaitlyn are the bonus to this establishment,they go over and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied....kudos to bagel cafe!

Friendly, attentive staff. Bagels are just slices of bread in the shape of bagels unfortunately. Was looking for a more traditional bagel, NY style. Would also like to see more environmentally friendly to-go packaging.

Horrible customer svc - bagel was good but horrible cust svc.

I was in town for a week and this was my go to place every morning. I’m so glad I tried it right at the start. The staff is so sweet and attentive. The food is fresh and yummy. I loved the vegetable spread and the tuna sandwich. I packed the sandwiches for my lunch and they held up perfectly. Nice bagel selection. Easy parking.
