Had a wonderful dinner tonight. Arrived a little early specifically to have a drink at the beautiful bar. We then were seated at our reservation time. We had a starter of crab stuffed mushrooms. Both our dinners came with either soup or salad. We both had Caesar salads. For dinner I had the Bolognese, which was delicious and my husband had the chicken Parmesan with spicy vodka sauce over his noodles. We will definitely be back again.

Another great experience at Cafe Piccolo. Our server, Aaron was so helpful, pleasant and professional that it made our fabulous dining experience even better. Great selection and a terrific choice of specials made it an evening of incredible enjoyment.

My son decided to stay an extra day so we were able to dine at Caffe Piccolo! The waitress, Kennedy, was very nice and brought Eddie two sips of wine as he was having trouble deciding. My martini was perfect. My son got the steak special which was cooked perfectly and quite tasty. Sadly, it was too cold to sit outside.

Everything about Cafe Piccolo was amazing. From the outdoor seating to the service to the food. Top notch. We have been there twice and will be back many more times. My favorite restaurant in Pawleys Island by far.

Excellent meals which included Shrimp with marinara sauce, Diver Scallops with linguine, and Chicken Parm with a side of Penne. Waitress was attentive and courteous. The only complaint from the table was that they felt it was a bit pricey but the food was excellent. As the old saying goes.... You get what you pay for!

Lovely restaurant with a very helpful server and accommodating chef for our special needs son. The ambience was lovely and they also have a pretty and cosy outdoor space. We loved it!
