Extremely disappointed in the service at this restaurant. Our waiter doused our whole party with a glass of red wine. I took the blunt of the hit and my pants were completely covered. Not once during the whole situation did the waiter apologize. Not once did the manager come check on our party. And I’m shocked they didn’t even comp a glass of wine! Things like this can happen to servers all the time, but it’s how you manage the table after that makes it better. He absolutely did nothing and completely ignored the fact that it happened. I don’t want give my money to a restaurant that doesn’t appreciate its clientele. Extremely poor service and he pretty much ruined our whole night. A simple ‘I’m really sorry that happened’ would’ve gone along way. And yes, we did give him still a 25% tip. I’m sure he was having a bad night, but that still doesn’t make it any better. Mistakes happen all the time but it’s how you handle them after that matter. This server failed horribly and I will not return to this restaurant.

Went there last night for our wedding anniversary. Waitress and service was fantastic, food was not. Ordered the filet special (medium rare) and filet came out extremely rare. Waitress saw the steak and my uneasiness to complain and said, "that is raw" and took it back to be cooked correctly. Steak was brought back out within a few minutes and was still very rare with just the outside now being burnt. After seeing that as well the waitress gave up on the steak and asked if I'd like to order something else. I declined and the plate was taken away. My meal was not charged but I didn't even get to eat any of the sides or shrimp. My wife had been wanting to go there for quite some time now and we were overall disappointed with the food. Again, the attentiveness from our waitress was great but I ultimately left hungry and disappointed. I understand, in any service establishment, things can go wrong and it seems like we may have just been there when, things went wrong.Parking: Gravel lot with cars packed in during the evening.

Attentive service, exquisite food, ambitious menu well executed. Not inexpensive, but worth every cent. 9/11/23 update: Still very nice! They maintain their high standards.Parking: Plenty of free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access, everything is on ground floor.

Our favorite place to dine out. The food and service is top notch and probably one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. Always a pleasure dining there. Ask for Charlie, Amanda or Chris.

Parking was the only issue. Food and service was great. A little more cheese for the pasta, but flavors perfect. I got the gorgonzola dressing on my salad after reading another review about how good it was and it did not disappoint. My husband ordered the tomato basil soup and it was also spot on. We both had the bologenese sauce with pasta and added a meatball and yum!! Definitely coming back here.

A fantastic restaurant. We were served by Amanda, who was the absolute sweetest, most kind waitress I may have ever had. She was just chatty enough for our table. The food was outstanding, and Amanda and several other staff went out of their way to help us get their favorites and the best options. I can firmly say I have never had better mussels, clams, or oysters in my life. The restaurant is beautiful, and they do a fantastic job at creating a very alive, fresh and warm atmosphere. From the soup to the mushroom ragu,I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone willing to paid a couple extra for that real quality.

Delicious, it's one of our favorite restaurants on Pawleys. Took the family, linguine and clams excellent, grouper francaise special wonderful, everyone was very happy with their dinners and tiramisu dessert. Very nice atmosphere and wonderful service by Laura. Highly recommend, we also love their sister restaurant Costa in Murrells Inlet. Thank you for a great experience, we will see y'all soon☺️

We ate dinner at Caffe Piccolo last night. The meal was fabulous. Had the grouper special done in an egg batter and served over pasta. Our server, Amanda, was very nice. She was friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and took great care of us. The outdoor dining area is also lovely.

Unfortunately we were seated near the playground for the neighboring restaurant and listened to screaming children during dinner. Not the restaurant's fault but I'll know better to avoid this section of the patio in the future. Food was outstanding but with a wedding party on site the level of service wasn't per usual. Would've enjoyed another cocktail but no opportunity. Sat much too long waiting for our check and had to ask another server.

We were recommended by individuals and business people to try Caffe Piccolo. It was a great experience. We arrived early and were seated quickly, our waiter Chris reviewed the daily specials and answered all questions. He repeatedly checked with us and handled any request in a timely manner. We ordered Scallops with a vegetable Ravioli, the scallops were among the best we have ever had. The cream sauce was flavorful and accentuated the ravioli. Desert was a shared tiramisu cake. It was excellent, well flavored and evenly moist.

Kennedy did a great job with service but seemed hinder by others. Cocktails took about 25 minutes. Though it wasn’t crowded. Bartender didn’t know how to make a negroni. Food was fine and cheese cake was lovely.

A hidden gem. Charleston-like atmosphere. I recommend outdoor seating especially when it is cooler. Food takes awhile to come out but you don't feel rushed for them to turn over tables. It also takes awhile to prepare each fresh dish so I don't mind the wait while you enjoy a bottle of wine and the bread with an amazing garlic/oil dip. Highly recommend.

Relatively decent meal. Family from NJ in town for a visit so we thought we would go here. They felt the prices were high for pasta. I guess if it were really good or outstanding, you wouldn't mind...waitress had a bit of an attitude when I asked to get our order taken (a large party sat at the same time we did and friends of ours waited 2 hours last week for their meals so I didn't want that to happen to us). Mushroom ragu used to be a brown hearty sauce, not this time. It was red. So that was disappointing. Sat a few tables away from kitchen and we noticed a cold draft sporadically occurring. Had to put our jackets on. Noticed the table next to us had theirs on too. We asked the waitstaff about it, but was told they didn't notice it. Generally not happy with our experience, so I doubt we will be back. Sorry to say all of this. Just being honest.
