We went there longing for whole belly fried clams which was on the menu BUT not available. They don't come in til Thursdays. My bloody Mary was very good . Husband had a Haddock sandwich which was ok and I had fried Oyster sandwich. We started with fried calamari which was over cooked

Wanted to find a genuine seafood resturant that didnt revolve around barfood and simple eats. The resturant is cozier than expected, we were sat quickly in a clean, roomy booth and the resturant's relaxed lighting and lack of music created a home style atmosphere. The food was delicious and came out surprisingly quick. Our server was kind and on top of making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend the Seafood Platter and Captain John's Haddock Dinner - which was cooked perfectly, grilled with a Cajun-like seasoning. 10/10 will come back to eat here again.

Friday evening dinner, which was wonderful! All of the staff was very helpful, and polite.. The food was delicious! Atmosphere was relaxed, quite, restaurant was clean..

Just stopped in for drinks.

My husband had the gumbo soup and he said that was good. He also had the spicy Fried oyster dinner and it had very little flavor and rather mushy. I had the fried haddock sandwich that had absolutely no flavor, no seasonings of any kind used to prepare it. It came to me on a cold roll, which I sent back to them to grill.There was one small piece of lettuce and no tomato. We’ve always wanted to try this restaurant and for one reason or another we just got around to it this evening. It seems when we go by that the parking lot is always full as it was tonight but when we got inside, they were only four people having dinner, so I guess what I’m trying to say is it was very disappointing and although some of the reviews are good and that’s what we went on, we were very disappointed and could not recommend it nor will we return.
