Frank's & Frank's Outback

I was disappointed in our most recent experience. Our server was good, but the length of time we waited on food seemed high, salad plate was taken from my mom when she wasn't done it, she was just not actively eating, plates/utensils cleared aggressively each time, the food seemed rushed in presentation which is disappointing figuring the cost. I will go back because my first time was amazing. Maybe this was just not a good night.

Frank’s is a Pawleys Island staple. Whenever we’re out as a family, we always grab a bottle of wine. This time we tried the Sip Savvy app to find a gem on the menu. It’s great because it picks wines for you based on your taste, budget, and top ratings. We found a great bottle of cab - Maxville, “The High Valley”. At $54/bottle, this bottle was at MSRP, and completely worth it for the big bold Napa cab flavor. Felt like a great deal to us, so good we ordered 2!

The wine list at Frank’s is big enough that you’ll always find a gem at every price point and palette.

We started with a dozen oysters and the dill pickle biscuits. Biscuits were bite-sized, but delicious!

For dinner, I got the salmon with fingerling potatoes. Great dish that I’ll order again. My husband got the short rib - he loved it! Other orders were the veggie pizza and the shrimp and grits.

We like to sit outside at Frank’s Outback. They always have heaters on, so it’s cozy back there. Very spacious, too!

For my father in law’s birthday, they sent out a cobbler with a fun candle.

Lots of celebrations all around! Every time we go to Frank’s we love the memories we build there.

Great place for food. Good selection of choices of entrees. Good selection of wines and cocktails.

Franks is always outstanding, over 20 years of eating at franks, it never disappoints. We had the best service, Rebecca was wonderful.

We love Frank's Outback! It's our favorite restaurant to frequent when my son visits from Atlanta. The martinis were perfect and the dill flatbread appetizer was delicious. I got the Mahi small plate and my son got a pizza. We also got the blueberry cobbler and tried the tea service for the first time. It was a great way to end the meal.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Frank's (Outback). Our family highly recommends Frank's to anyone visiting the South Carolina coast.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Frank's Outback! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting — especially the outdoor garden area, which feels warm and relaxed. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor; you can really tell they use quality ingredients and care about presentation. The cocktails were excellent too! Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just want a great meal in a charming setting, Frank's Outback is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Food was good but I'm tired of getting a crappy table even though we had reservations far in advance. Not the first time we've had a bad table. And the music coming from the party in the way back was loud not to mention the busboy was hovering

Excellent as always. Parking was challenging and I had to take a chance at Dollar General.

Not up to par last night. Bus boy needs training to not take food before done and don't reach across diners to grab others plates! Child kept running through the restaurant...Franks should not be a place for that. Our waitress rushed us through our meal. Cake was burned. Unfortunately just not a great experience last night as usual.
