Ordered the new hot & spicy chicken Italian. Noone there seemed to know what they were doing, took about 20 min to get the sub, finally came out and had tons of grease over everything almost soaked through the paper by the time I sat down at the table with it. I should have taken a picture. $20+ for this disaster. Then the real kicker was I couldn't stay off the toilet for 2 days afterwards. Long story short, use a different location.

Hello, I noticed I had the same experience of the reviewer 4 months ago and nothing seemed to change. I am 100 percent sure, we are talking about the same person taking the orders and prepping the meat. He was direct but very rude. He made the very simple task of ordering a sub stressful. How is that possible? After making everyone in our party feeling bad, he actually got one of orders wrong and was not accommodating with a simple subsitition.

I was on vacation in the area and placed an order on the app. Very good food. A week later I used the app to place an order at my hometown Jersey Mike’s. I forgot to change the location. I called the Pawley’s Island location and Ryan refunded my money. He’s a true leader! Thanks Ryan for making it easy.

Fresh food and friendly staff.

Most unwelcoming Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to. No greeting when you walk in. Every employee mumbles and have a huge attitude problem. You are an inconvenience to be there.

I've been going there for years and I love the place. But there was an issue today that I found disturbing. The individual use that spatula to clean off the counter and then used that same spatula without cleaning it off to cut up my cold cuts tomatoes and onions for my box. That has to be against health code.

Food was good, establishment was clean and the guy doing final prep & checkout was very nice. However, the guy taking the orders and doing meat prep could use some guidance. He wasn’t rude but very unfriendly. Very demanding in his words and tone. The other young man was finishing another order so the Soup Nazi handed me my Philly. I thanked him and he looked at me as if what I said highly irritated him. I’m local and tend to go eat at the sub place next door because of the drive through convenience. Now I know their staff is much better trained and far more courteous. I’m not saying I wouldn’t come back but I will if this happens, again.

Today was my first and last day at Jersey Mike's in Pawleys Island. Very bad customer service. Everyone up front had a bad attitude.

I ordered a salad and asked for a little extra lettuce and the server denied doing it because he was instructed only to have certain amount of lettuce to go in a salad bowl will never return

The only problem I saw was the 1 of the employees hanging on or using the meat cutter as a prop which is unsanitary
