We stopped in on Sept 1 and were pleasantly surprised to find fall decorations in the store! It was unexpected and a lovely touch that my Fall-lovin' kids enjoyed! Kylese took our order and was patient with my (usual) confusing order. She was very sweet and even gave both my kids a piece of candy! Thank you! The store itself was clean, including the bathrooms. There were also pumpkin decorations sitting on the tables, which again, we appreciated. Overall, everything you'd expect from a Jimmy John's but a little bit better. ;-)

Old white lady has an attitude problem. I asked for the number 17 but they were playing music so loud in there I guess they couldn’t hear me so they made my order wrong. When I went up to get it fixed she argued with me about it and I was astonished she obviously has something going on and shouldn’t be working there with that type of attitude especially when it was no big deal smh

I placed a delivery order and after an hr , I called and was told there was no one to deliver it . They asked if you could come get it , but because I manage a shop at the Hammock shops ,I am the only employee here , so I told them I couldn’t . Seriously ? We place a lot of orders with you . Unacceptable!!

Usually food is good along with service and atmosphere. But, last night went to go get a sandwich with 3 other people at 8:40, and were told that they were closed at 8:30. With no explanation. Is that a normal practice?

Ordered delivery online...order was missing a bag of chips...the sandwiches had one slice of ham,roast beef folded over to make it look bigger..asked for extra mustard..got no mustsrd. This is the third order in the last couple of months that were screwed up I called the second time and whoever I was talking to hung up on me. Jersey mikes... here I come.I will drive to Georgetown to Grouchos before Jimmy in the john.
Food is good when they get it right. Sadly that's almost never. I KEEP ordering the salami pesto sandwich, and every time they somehow forget the salami & pesto in a salami pesto sandwich .... no one returns calls from customer support..

Sub nothing special at all- 1st Jimmy John's. Everything makes an excellent sub including the roll- very blanddddddd. Service was excellent and super fast!

Your phone number is no good, called 5 times... goes to a voicemail like a personal phone. Tried ordering online but didn't see anywhere to add onions, nor was I certain what chips I was going to grab... so you cant just order the sandwiches and pick out your drinks and chips on site. Very dumb.
