My wife ordered breakfast from her phone app, she sent me a screenshot of the order and order # .I went to the drive through and repeated the order number twice, they replied we don't have it.. I showed them the order # abd it's been paid.. manager's reply was you need the phone it was ordered on, I said you want me to go back home and get my wife's phone.. her reply was yes !! Absolutely the worst managed McDonald's in south Carolina and she should either be fired or re trained

Parking: A lot of times, the drive thur is very pack. So you might have to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes at least. Not all the time, but that shows you. That a lot of people trust the food and service.
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have this access, but I'm not sure if the doors are automatic to open. I recommend having someone to help you open them. Then you can roll yourself in, or they can. I'm just being straightforward. All places are not like this.

Wait 10min at counter till someone came up, waited another 15min for my food and my lunch is over. All while they stand around and walk buy like I wasn't standing there waiting to have my oder taken. On 10/21/24 at 1pm

It was pretty cool. Can you believe $12 for 4 large drinks? What has the world come to? But nice place overall and the employees were goofy :) Diet coke and coke zero sugar were the diet drink options. Coke Zero Sugar is different than Coke Zero. Zero Sugar was released more recently, in 2016. It was actually designed to be a 0 calorie soda that tastes just like the original coke! So that was cool! God forbid these fast food companies start offering diet caffeine free options :( but I'm asking too much. Zero Sugar has less caffeine than Diet Coke.

I order for 5 guys everyday because mcdonald's is the closest I go there 5 days in a roll they mesh the order up. By the time the fix it the other food is cold and no one in there cares no pride at all looked like 4 mangers there working white shirts and they didn't care everyone just goofy off $60 a day I spend no more

No complaints about food, above average as far as McDonald's go. Atmosphere is ordinary with mostly clean facilities. Service is good most of the time for drive through, but expect large delays when they are short staffed. Picking food up inside can take around 50% longer from my experience.
Parking: Plenty of spots on both sides of store with 2 exits to the lot
Kid-friendliness: Good kids meal options, no playground, but honestly not sure if that's a thing anymore.
So many employees walking around it's taken over 10mins for cheeseburger.

After holding my tongue far to long and giving the benefit of the doubt longer than deserved. If I could rate this particular location less than 1 star I’d do so. There are some employees who take pride and care about their work, but none of them work at that location. It’s a damn shame to watch people actively broadcast racism and gender discrimination at their place of work. As a resident in pawleys I will not patronize this establishment again.
