Service inside non existent. No one acknowledges you when you come in they just shuffling around avoiding customers. And slower than molasses in wintertime. Also be weary of food safety some folks with no hats or hair nets gloves also must be optional.

This McDonalds is terrible messes up my order all the time and it just sucks like how the hell do you mess up a order. I just got back and they gave me the wrong breakfast bagel sandwich like get better McDonalds time to start locking in and doing a better job

I placed a mobile order for a sandwich and a drink. My mobile order was for this location. When I pulled in I noticed there were lots of people pulling out of line. There was a long line waiting to talk to the order taker at the drive-thru. When I got to speak with her I gave her my number which was XW55 for my order. She stated she didn't see the order and for me to check the location it was supposed to be at. I told her it was supposed to be at their location and gave her the address. She said yes that is this address. I said so you don't see the order? She said I see the order but it's saying I can't accept it. I said well it's at this location why can't you accept it. There was a long silence she had no intentions of telling me nothing after that. So I asked her I said are you not going to fill my order? She said no I'm not feeling your order I can't do that. And I stated well thank you for nothing. She said you're welcome. Obviously their system is incorrect they're not taking any of the mobile apps I'm guessing this morning for the orders because there were people pulling out left and right and most likely they were mobile orders too so the company is losing money because they're not even attempting to fill the orders and for all I know they could just be not feeling them. It made no sense to me that the order was placed for that location yet she was saying she couldn't fill it. I sincerely hope that you handle the situation because why have the mobile app if they're not going to take the orders?

Handed the drive thru team member cash & a promo receipt with code for a free sandwich. She handed me my change (bills) and I found after I left the drive thru that she gave me back the promo receipt also. I checked my new receipt and realized that she never honored the promo code & I was charged full price!

At 2:00 pm I ordered a double cheeseburger, it was cold, the chees was not melted, the bread was hard! Never again. I was traveling otherwise I would have gone back

Lots of discrimination going on at this location and has for a while!!!!! Ronald @ the drive thru portrayed to be the manager then Tia, when I called back thought it was cute to be so very rude….Im positive it’s simply because I’m white! I’ve heard sooooo many people complain about this same thing. And they certainly do NOT hire white people either!!!!!! So sad what this world is coming too! All I wanted was my snack wrap they left outta my bag last week ….that I paid for!!!!!! But it was an act of congress and STILL didn’t get my wrap! Unbelievable, as much money that I’ve spent there!!! Going to hell in a handbasket!!
