I have attempted to order delivery from this location 3 times now as it is the only late night option. I have not received my food once. And yes, I tip. Very well. Two times the food wasn’t even prepared. And the other time no driver ever picked it up. Stop accepting delivery orders if you’re not going to do delivery. I’ve had to fight each time to get my money back and I’m done. Every time I go in person I wait a minimum of 10 minutes for food after ordering , if not longer. This location is severely lacking. If you absolutely need McDonald’s, the Georgetown location is immaculate. Steer clear of this one!

Ordered on Uber eats. The quality of the food was absolutely distrusting. The fact that the employees feel like they could even serve this food is the real problem. Fries tasted 3 days old, covered and I mean COVERED our big mac meal in sauce to the point the bun was dripping wet. Spend your $13 elsewhere, pathetic.

It's McDonald's, I wasn't looking for a 3 star Michelin restaurant. Our food was ready relatively quickly, our only hiccup was with ordering at the drive through they couldn't really hear us. Other than that, everyone working seemed in high spirits and we got all of our food first try. (Which is not always the case)

Quick and accurate. We got everything we ordered in the drive through within 5 minutes. (4 happy meals and 3 other burgers, so quite a lot). Everything was correct and hot. Coke was refreshing and super fizzy.

Have stopped here twice traveling from Myrtle Beach to Charleston for appointments and this is by far the best tasting McDonald's. They made my order accurately both times. I like to add extra things to my sandwich and they delivered. Keep up the amazing work crew! You have made me and my kids very happy customers ?!
