Worst bar I have ever been to. Terrible service. Bartender couldn’t make a drink or even pour a draft beer; it was half head and not even full. I’m personally a bartender and watched her make my drink after having to tell her how to make it. Didn’t get a correct pour at all and she charged me as if I had two drinks. It was just a Vegas bomb but really was just a glass of cranberry. We got the bang bang shrimp and the sauce was gross. Idk if it was bad or what. Bartender never check back to see if we liked it. We had to get our own napkins. She could tell we were not happy but didn’t care. She was more worried about her phone. When we walked in we were the only people in there. When we left there was only one other person at the bar and one table sat. No reason for bad service. I will never return to this establishment.

Our first time trying out this place and we felt welcomed walking in. There was music playing outside and we sat the server was nice but we started to knowtice that getting our order in took it's time. Idk if they were short staffed I wish we were addressed ahead of time, because the food took very long . Getting refills for our drinks took long or never got a chance to get refilled , I ask for a booster and I never got one my fiance asked for another drink and it was never brought to her. After eating all our food we asked for the bill and that was taking a long time and the mosquitos were biting us . We went in to pay instead and waitress was upset about tip but to be fair we were there a little bit much longer then we anticipated and I have kids and a 2 hr ride home .

The servers were very pleasant but the food took nearly an hour to come out and at different times. Buffalo chicken pizza was no good but the BLY and wings were excellent.

Out with the old and in with the new! As a bartender and a long time customer to this establishment, it's been an amazing experience to see this establishment change over the years. And now finally it's getting the fresh start it's needed!! With an all new layout, a new and amazing staff that work so hard to put a smile on every customers face, and bands EVERY NIGHT! ??? What isn't there to love! I'm proud to be part of the Back Deck Family, life is great!
