Can't believe how salty the Philly Cheesesteak sub is. Definitely not good just chunked it in the trash. Ordered half pepperoni half cheese pizza and my kids couldn't eat either side because it was so salty. Don't know what happened, decided to give it a second chance after similar results 1st time. Sorry guys just not our flavor

Awesome pizza, I live in pawleys and buy pizza from every pizza restaurant here. You will not be disappointed with this one !

Food was great and service excellent! Highly recommend! And definitely try the garlic butter sauce!

Mom and I decided to try a new restaurant in Pawleys Island, Piccolo Paesano Pizzeria! Delicious! The staff is super friendly and the owners are top-notch ?. It's definitely worth the drive. You have to check it out! And make sure to get your pizza finished Dano's way with parmesean cheese and oregano sprinkled on top ?? PS...try the garlic butter dipping sauce ? ?.

Stop by and bought two slices of pizza for lunch one was with one topping and one was with two toppings and a order of ice tea. The pizza was excellent. But the price was a little strong

Pizza and wings were AMAZING!!! Delicious and so crispy. Definitely our new #1 pizza place in Pawley's Island!

Admittedly I have only lived in the area a year but this is the best pizza I have had by far. Have gotten takeout several times now and the order has always been ready when promised and everyone is very friendly.

First time ever in the area and gave this place a shot...definitely did not disappoint. I was very impressed with the hand tossed pizza and staff inside was 10x more polite than anyone in Ohio ever is lol, also thought the prices were very reasonable. Definitely would recommend this place

Was just passing through town, but would come here often if we lived near Myrtle! The pizza was excellent and the customer service was primo. I waited for a few minutes inside for my pickup order and really enjoyed watching the guys toss the dough! They are a legit pizza joint... ??

On our way to Piccolo Paesano for my birthday pizza fix. If the food is anything like sister restaurant, Cafe Piccolo, we are in for a real treat.

Piccolo Paesano recently opened for business and is a favorite “go to” lunch spot for the family. They have excellent thin crust and Sicilian pizza just like you would find in NJ/NY. The sauce, cheese, and crust are spot on. They always have a daily speciality pie. Last visit it was the J Mac. Picture attached and it was very tasty. A pizza made to taste like a Big Mac. Another time they had a pepperoni and banana pepper pizza. I rate the pizza as excellent. The prices are comparable to anywhere else you would go for pizza. The inside seating is limited, but hasn’t been an issue. They also have some outdoor seating. It’s very clean, well decorated, and nice vibe. The staff that work there are friendly and very nice people.

Got the meat-lovers pizza. Kind'a dull. No tea in the house and that day no Coke either. Strange! Won't go back.
