This review is from the perspective of a low handicapper. Hopefully this will be of help as Pawleys Plantation is as breathtaking as it is is difficult. Pros Course is well conditioned though in my round, the Bermuda grass was in transition to rye. Fringes were a little furry and greens were not as fast as they could be. They were resort average. Played golf today. Weather was good and course was in great shape. A lot of fairways are fairly narrow so drives need to be straight especially with houses that line the course. Stopped in for lunch after and round which ended the day nicely. Would definitely come back
