rudest employees I have ever encountered, don’t waste your time or money. Two girls were working when I visited with my kids, they rang up our order wrong when I tried to calmly ask about price, one of the girls only stated she rang everything up properly while the other girl said “don’t come through the door if you don’ know the damn price”. Never returning, my kids were even were even disappointed in how we were treated.

HORRIBLE customer service! First no one ever acknowledged us when we came in, then I inquired about switching a coconut bowl to an acai base and first the very RUDE employee told me it would “be a lot of money” and when I inquired as to how much as both bowls were the same price she said “I can’t switch it”. I will never visit this store again!

The staff greeted me with great enthusiasm. I felt like I had known them for years. This was my first time ever here and I can say this will not be my last. They were very quick and the smoothie had such high quality taste. I absolutely loved it and my experience as well.

I was placing an order and my card was flagged for fraud. My order was 45 dollars. I then went back to the car to get the cash to pay for ny purchase. I brought a 50 dollar bill. I then am told the owners do not allow them to take the 50. I then have to go to publix to have them break the 50 snd spend two twenties and a ten instead of a 50 dollar bill. I spent the 50 there the owners should have enough courtesy to provide the proper items for the staff ro ensure it's not a counterfeit note. We are a family of four and spent 48 dollars. Just a warning to families using cash .
