I sat in line for 15 minutes to get a smash burger that wasn’t right for the third time I’ve been there. They never get it right! I ask for extra sauce and never get it plus the last time I didn’t even get the correct burger. Why????

I waited 19 minutes in the Drive-Thru for the combo they had on their billboard for two chili cheese coneys and tater tots and a drink. I ordered this and they tried to charge me $21 for this $12 combo. I was told that the Cherry and the lime in the cherry limeade that was included in the combo was an upcharge as were the tater tots that were included in the meal. I was also told that I had to have a promo code in order to get the $12 deal that was on the billboard. So I left. They really need to get their stuff together because this was absolutely insane

Don't leave without checking your order. This location frequently messes up orders. Also, no answer & vm full. Ordered a combo with fries & a side of rings. No fries. Rings burnt

Fast food all to say... We waited in line for an hour and then when we got to the speaker "we are not taking any orders" so 30 more minutes and we got our order taken

Fast, friendly service. The chocolate shakes are perfect! Not runny, perfect! And of course, the chili cheese dog is an all time winner. The PI is so great I called in to say how wonderful the service was.
