I order the same drink at every Starbucks, never switch up. Just once I would like to get it correct from this location. The label says what it is so it isn’t very complicated. Then I’d I could get it fixed without an attitude that would just be fantastic! Do better!
Normally I Don’t Complain but this time i will. I ordered a Venti Iced Pumpkin Chai on the mobile app, and i did regular ice. when i got my drink, it was overfilled with ice. i got to the car and took 2-3 sips, and it was completely gone and just ice. I payed $10 for that drink. is there any way that i could get a refund or something the next time i come in?
