Bummed out. Ordered two caramel brûlée lattes and they were lacking the whipped cream and crunchy brûlée bits on the top. Plus they were not filled all the way up. The people there were very nice but lack of quality will send me else where. I ordered the same drinks at the Broadway at the Beach location and they were perfect.

We tried the new Carmel Ribbon. That might not be the name but I asked for it like that with extra crunch. It was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!

Went in this morning (4/7) and was helped by the sweetest girl. I didn’t think to get her name. She didn’t mind I needed a little extra help, was patient and helpful. Even drew a little smiley face cat on my receipt 😸. Last week a gentleman was kind enough to build me a Java chip even though it had been discontinued. So just want to give them a shout out for great customer service! I appreciate your smiles and good vibes. I know it’s hard some days when working retail.
