every time i’ve been here, i make sure to mobile order far in advance because i know they take forever. i mobile ordered 10 min before arriving, and it still wasn’t ready when i got there. i waited around in store for another 10+ minutes, and my drink was marked as “ready” on the app, and it was in fact not ready. i had to tell them my name for them to even start on the order. it wasn’t like this was a packed day either. i’m normally pretty forgiving when it comes to there being a good bit of people, since i know that can be stressful, but i don’t understand why it takes so long when there’s only 3 other people there who had already ordered. staff was apologetic for taking so long, but still doesn’t make it any better when you wait 20+ minutes for one coffee.

The most adorable Starbucks I've ever been to! I plan to stop in again to buy the SC coffee cup just so I have something to remember the Starbucks!
Bathroom is clean. Employees are kind. I get an oatmilk white mocha and they made my coffee perfect! ☕️
Overpriced coffee. This particular location had a very quick drive through, and yeah, the staff was very friendly. It's hard to justify seven bucks for a cup of coffee.

Ordered my usual this morning, grande caramel ribbon crunch with extra double shot in a venti. I am disappointed that my extra shots were not added. I get this drink regularly and know exactly how it’s supposed to look & taste and this was not it. Thankfully the ladies in the Garden City location fixed your mistake and I’m now caffeinated for my workday. Do better at this location!!

I loved the drink and friendly happy employees super positive experience .They made my drink super well didn’t even have to ask them to sweeten it .
If I could rate this location zero stars I would. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes… no one else in line. I was not spoken to, acknowledged, or greeted in any way shape or form. Unacceptable customer service. And the drinks were TERRIBLE tasted like burnt coffee and water.
