As a door dash driver, I have had one of my worst experiences of all time at the store. I have to wait 15 minutes for somebody else's food because they didn't cook the order until I reminded them and nobody said anything about when my order was ready. The service is disgraceful and everybody that works there should be deeply ashamed of themselves. I'm declining all orders from this store from here on out.

LOVE THE VIBES, BUT I HATE THE WAITI absolutely love the vibes of the Starbucks; they have great vibes and music. The bathrooms and eating space are very clean. The couches are comfortable, and there is a great work space. However, the wait times are astronomical. I ordered my drink, and it took 30 minutes!!! The whole point of the mobile order is for it to be convenient, so that it can be ready to go. It defeats the purpose when you have to wait 30 minutes for the drink to come out. The actual workers are very nice, but it definitely gets frustrating with a long wait time.

We go every morning while on vacation, it's our splurge for the week. I don't think I've ever had my order made incorrectly and the staff is always friendly. We will continue to go here whenever we are in town.

The only good thing about this place is a couple of the baristas. The guy taking our order had no clue what i was talking about, so i let him read my drink off my phone. He still put it in the computer wrong! Thankfully one of the other awesome baristas saw that it didn't make sense and questioned it! She read it off my phone like he did and she said "oh, yeah I got it.. that's really easy.. what happened here?!" I said EXACTLY! He definitely needs to be retrained!
Starbucks coffee is consistent, I know what I'm getting every time. It's not gonna be amazing, but I know what it will be. That said the staff isn't always consistently polite/friendly these were! Even as they worked they seemed happy to help and to answer questions, and hold conversation. Great location and nice people.

Say what you will about Starbucks. I enjoy having a consistently made coffee and I know how to order it so I like it. Once again, satisfied my coffee craving and it was made perfectly. Baristas were friendly. Cute location, not your typical Starbucks exterior but inside was the same and had ample seating inside and outside.
