I’ve had good and bad experiences here. Online says they close at 10pm, go to drive thru at 8:55 and it says they’re closed. People still inside restaurant.

its OKAY.. every time I order the biscuits always crumble apart really easily, and the fries are seasoned to hell. at the end of the day, it's a fast food restaurant, so it's to be expected.

Worst service I’ve ever gotten at this bojangles just now. Waiting on fries. When mgr finally brought fries over, the two girls were talking and one was in her phone. I had to ask them to get my fries and she responded with they were just brought over. Took 20 min from the time I got to the register and waited there to.

They have the worst customer service and staff. They need to reconsider every employee they have hired that has to speak with customer. Completely distasteful service.
My Bojangles order this morning was terribly messed up. You owe me $5.98. I had to tell the young lady at the order kiosk five times that I simply wanted a sausage biscuit combo. Apparently she still didn't understand when I arrived at the window I said "what do I have?" and she said sausage, egg and cheese combo. I said no. I wanted a sausage biscuit combo. She reduced the price from $7 and something to $5.98 and gave me a sausage, egg and cheese combo with cold potatoes and a Cheerwine that is flat, a Cheerwine without bubbles is not a Cheerwine. Worst breakfast drive thru experience ever!!

Sat for 25 min in drive thrufor 20 pc, arrived home no gravy, ok then biscuits where hard and Mac and cheese cold like it come out the cooler. The cheese didn't even stick to pasta. Tore the slaw and chicken up, dogs ate the rest.
