Loved how fresh my food was today
Customer service is essential and I received excellent customer service today at Burger King (5/25/2025). When I entered the restaurant around 1pm, I was greeted by a male employee. He was courteous and helpful. He took my order and brought it to me and my husbands table in the lobby. The food was freshly prepared and good. Keep up the good work. My order number was 398230.
You can barely see the meat on the Whopper for the price you pay it should be bigger cover the whole bun most of the time the tomatoes are bad you asked for no mayo and they put mayo on it anyway

Whoever the lowlifes are that work there need to me replaced. Everything was cold, asked for no tomatoes got 2 of them instead, the burger was too messy they just slapped everything together and sent it out dripping with mayonnaise if you hate your job that bad then quit doesn't mean ruin everyone else's experiences who spend their actual hard earned money unlike you
WENT BACK ONCE AGAIN AND THEY STILL COULDN'T FOLLOW A SIMPLE ORDER. I GOT THE COUPON FOR 2 FRIES AND 2 CHICKEN SANDWICH YOU LEFT THE 2 FRIES OUT THE BAG MORONS GET NEW MANAGEMENT AND FIRE THE SORRY LOSERS YOU CALL WORKERS STOP STEALING OUR MONEY!!
My favorite BK! Everyone is always so nice & friendly! My go to stop for breakfast on the way to work! Food is always hot & perfect!
Their service was slow and their answering service was rude to my family

They are open through the drive-thru only and they said they want. That's a freaking complaint from another customer. There's like five other customers that complained about that y'all need to take some serious measurements

Letting your ignorant, immature staff chase customers Away is bad business
If I was able to give zero stars that'd be the best . The past FOUR TIMES we have been to this BK we have been rudely told to hold on while the manager girl (african American)stands in front of me with phone in her hand texting ,looks at us and says hold on and walks away. All while drive thru is backed up , guess what she is still on her phone , this place has lost our business plus everyone we've been there with as well today's date is March. 6th 2025at 1:30pm
