This store has undergone some renovation, and I saw what appeared to be new shift management...quite an improvement from my last visit...Sadly, the parent company,Carroll's, is so far removed, I'm not sure how they react fast enough to local needs..
Food was cold, the chickens wrap barely had any chicken inside. Only gave one star cause I had to. Will never come to this location again. Terrible.

Great tasting food. Great deal on the Whopper Jrs. Fast and friendly service. My order was first made wrong but was immediately fixed to my satisfaction. Clean restaurant with plenty of seating. Convenient location near a traffic light. Large, clean and maintained parking lot. I was able to park my RV. It will be an easy out with a light allowing a left turn.

Went through the drive through for breakfast, food took awhile and was cold when I got it. I went into the store and ended up talking to the assistant manager who was very rude. I probably won't visit this burger king

The store manager is phenomenal! He always provides excellent service when, I go there in the mornings. The store is always clean, and when I see the drive-through is always speedy and the driveway employees are friendly.

Giving 5 Stars for one reason and that's an employee there named Q. Guy was funny and super personable. Best part of my day honestly.
I ordered double cheeseburgers specifically made with onions and mayonnaise etc and they were outstanding! This location knocks it out of the park every time I visit. You can tell they care about what they serve.

I just want to encourage middle management and the rest of the staff that it’s important to put the correct sauces in the bag, especially upon a consumer’s request. I used to be a server and took great pride in providing an exceptional experience to the guest. While the drive thru line is a different beast, it is certainly an experience of its own that can be negative or positive. I finally had to commit to checking the food before pulling away because of the mishaps (which I feel is awkward for me and the employee). And now, I must commit to checking the correct sauces are in there. The sweet and sour may look like honey mustard, but it is definitely not the honey mustard I requested. My hope is that the food/service industry reverses is downward spiral and commits to taking pride in its craft in giving consumers exceptional experiences consistently.

Doesn't follow posted hours. Got there a full 3 hours after they were supposed to open according to both google and the BK website and they said they wouldn't be open for another 30 minutes.
