This store is one of several in the upstate that are incapable or unwilling to accept online/app orders for cakes. How ridiculous. I need to be able to have the cake picked up. I will just go to Walmart and get an ice cream cake. Going off the other reviews, this location really doesn't care about their customers.

We have always loved Dairy Queen. The food was good on this visit. We were the only customers. A gentleman was working on the ice cream machine, so I asked the owner if it was working. He was very rude and said of course. Then he was extremely rude and hateful while placing our order. In the past he was friendly so we went back. I know it doesn’t matter to them, but we will not be back. If you are the owner of a business you treat your customers kindly. I know you have bad days. But I would never speak to a customer the way he did, especially for no reason. Maybe that is why we were the only customers.

Guy at drive through speaker got a attitude when I asked for a minute because kids in the car were deciding what they wanted. He kept rushing us so we just pulled off. We were literally only there like 20 seconds and he asked again what he could get for us. I said one more minute please. And he sighed. Is it that big of a inconvenience to wait a minute for kids to figure out what they want.

They completely got the order wrong. By the time they got it right all the ice cream that was already made was completely melted.
