I've come here about once every week or two since they opened but they recently cancelled my online order without explanation an hour before they closed and refused to answer the phone. That kind of service is unacceptable. I wouldn't want to know how much money I've spent here over the years but there's a lot of money in the future they just lost.

can't give no stars but that's what I wild give,I called to make an order and was told they don't deliver to my area,I live 2.8 miles from said location,when I asked the kind gentleman what's the distance cut off he had no idea sooooooo yea would be nice to have tried the food and review but there's that🤷‍♂️

Got my pizza pretty quickly after ordering from the app, pizza was definitely hot and fresh!
Also had the stuffed cheesy bread both were good.

Unfortunately, I can’t give zero Stars. I ordered delivery tonight, 2 pizzas, 2 pastas and 3 drinks. The tracker stopped on quality assurance and stayed there for over an hour. I called the store directly and they said they were down to 1 delivery driver and that my food was now on the way. After waiting another 30 minutes, I drove myself to the store where I found all 4 employees standing at the counter answering similar phone calls to the one I had made earlier. A gentleman who appeared to be the manager, explained that 1 of his drivers had called out and then they only had 1 delivery driver. No pizzas were being made at this time amongst the 4 people standing around.They only refunded me half of my Money And then I found out that the gentleman that handed me My refund was the only delivery driver and he was standing in the store. Not to mention that my food had never left the store as a young lady on the phone said. I don’t think I’ve ever made a bad post about a place but this was Extremely poor service and the Excuses/Lies were insulting. If this is a corporate store that they need to look real hard at a change in management. Employees call out but you provide a service that is paid for, you have to work around it. Not to mention, the food was cold.

Last night ordered 1 pizza on line, waited about 30 min before I went to pick it up. Sat in the driveway through for 8 min before anyone even asked me about my order. Then she said they were busy and it wasn't cooked yet. Waited another 20 min for them to cook it! I shoulda just went next door to Guys Pizza in the first place. I won't make this mistake again!

I ordered two pizzas and some bread bites. 45 minutes later, I call to check since the tracker said “Prep” for the entire time and it was supposed to be a 30 minute delivery time. They said they were busy. Continued to wait. An hour later and it is in the “Quality check” stage. Here I am an hour and a half later and I just had to call and cancel because we had not received anything and no updates were given. I understand being busy, I do. But no communication and waiting this long is ridiculous

Every time I order some food from there and they drive past the house, then act like they just left the job pizza shop. Does not make no sense when I see the vehicle driving on the tracker and acting like they just left a restaurant but no over there parked at Lowe’s just chilling

I ordered 2 med 2 topping pizzas. One i had ordered the $2 extra for 2 layers of cheese all the way to the edge. It was not. Both were supposed to be brushed with garlic butter and were not. They weren't busy as far as I could see. So the young man there couldn't have been to busy to read the special instructions. Idk I'm just kind of burned out on not getting what I ordered at Dominoes . When I got back home and tried to call 2x there was no answer. The other pizza didn't have much cheese at all on it. Or sauce and both were soused to be well done and it wasn't. I ordered online and did drive thru pick up. It was for a party of 4.

So let me just say from the managers down to the driver this experience was horrible! First I called and placed an order at 11:02 Sunday morning because I wanted to feed the workers at the place I run. Took my payment and everything ask for a 3:30 delivery. No problem,Then 3:30 came and I called to check on food at 3:50 was told they were 10 mins away. Called back at 4:30 to be told they don’t have my order and I must have called someone else. The driver was laughing I. The phone ,called the GM and put her on speaker Perry wasn’t nice either and Dakota never would talk to me. Now I call Anderson and sent someone to pick it up they helped a lot. Bill was a lot less ! Please someone make this make sense! They deserve zero stars! Poor management and staff
