Last night ordered 1 pizza on line, waited about 30 min before I went to pick it up. Sat in the driveway through for 8 min before anyone even asked me about my order. Then she said they were busy and it wasn't cooked yet. Waited another 20 min for them to cook it! I shoulda just went next door to Guys Pizza in the first place. I won't make this mistake again!

I ordered two pizzas and some bread bites. 45 minutes later, I call to check since the tracker said “Prep” for the entire time and it was supposed to be a 30 minute delivery time. They said they were busy. Continued to wait. An hour later and it is in the “Quality check” stage. Here I am an hour and a half later and I just had to call and cancel because we had not received anything and no updates were given. I understand being busy, I do. But no communication and waiting this long is ridiculous

Every time I order some food from there and they drive past the house, then act like they just left the job pizza shop. Does not make no sense when I see the vehicle driving on the tracker and acting like they just left a restaurant but no over there parked at Lowe’s just chilling

I ordered 2 med 2 topping pizzas. One i had ordered the $2 extra for 2 layers of cheese all the way to the edge. It was not. Both were supposed to be brushed with garlic butter and were not. They weren't busy as far as I could see. So the young man there couldn't have been to busy to read the special instructions. Idk I'm just kind of burned out on not getting what I ordered at Dominoes . When I got back home and tried to call 2x there was no answer. The other pizza didn't have much cheese at all on it. Or sauce and both were soused to be well done and it wasn't. I ordered online and did drive thru pick up. It was for a party of 4.

So let me just say from the managers down to the driver this experience was horrible! First I called and placed an order at 11:02 Sunday morning because I wanted to feed the workers at the place I run. Took my payment and everything ask for a 3:30 delivery. No problem,Then 3:30 came and I called to check on food at 3:50 was told they were 10 mins away. Called back at 4:30 to be told they don’t have my order and I must have called someone else. The driver was laughing I. The phone ,called the GM and put her on speaker Perry wasn’t nice either and Dakota never would talk to me. Now I call Anderson and sent someone to pick it up they helped a lot. Bill was a lot less ! Please someone make this make sense! They deserve zero stars! Poor management and staff

Ordered pickup there a couple days ago and it took them almost 15 minutes at the window to even charge my card because the guy wasn’t listening to his manager. Then they tried handing me burnt pepperoni stuffed cheese bread that was hanging out of the box. I told them that that should have never even left the kitchen looking like that. The guy said to me, how is it supposed to look? I told him that’s not how you treat customers. He then said, how am i supposed to treat customers, I just got here! I then asked for another order of pepperoni stuffed cheese bread and the manager said that was fine but I would have to wait until all the other orders were taken care of first. Mind you, I had already been sitting at the pickup window for 20 minutes!! Another car pulled up behind me so I pulled around front, waited about 10 minutes and went inside. Now it’s about 5:40pm and I got there at exactly 5pm. There was a customer in front of me and when they were finished the employee saw I was waiting and turned her back on me!! So I stood there about another 10 minutes waiting for my order! When I finally got it I said thank you very much and I got nothing back from the employee!
I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK!!
GUYS PIZZA WILL DEFINITELY BE MY GO TO ALL THE TIME!!
Almost two hours for cold pizza to be delivered! Unacceptable! If you can’t handle delivery, don’t offer it! There is no recourse for horrible service either. Online you are offered a discount for your next order. Does dominoes really think I’m going to ever order anything from them again? Hell no!

Had an order through UberEats that was $30 never delivered! It didn’t even show the delivery person traveling to me. It went from preparing delivery, to delivered. There was also no picture for confirmation. I’ve had a bad experience from this store before. This was my last straw! Never again! Be cautious when delivering from this place!

Ordered a chicken Parm with coke and a buffalo chicken pizza special and got a pizza with no buffalo sauce and the delivery driver gave me cash instead of asking for a substitute or refunding it back to my card
Normally order from this location once or twice a week normally orders upwards of $60+
Would call and ask for a refund but store closes in 10 mins and I'm hungry 🤷♂️
