Worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to, on multiple occasions. The last FIVE times I’ve been here, in a row, without fail, I’ve had to wait 15+ minutes for my “hot and ready” pizza. Whoever is at the counter is always acting like it’s my fault that they cannot perform their duties effectively and are always upset that I order a pizza and it’s such a chore to take someone’s order. Then, when the pizza is finally received, it’s either cold or barely cut to the point where it tears the pieces in half when you attempt to pick them up. Not sure who’s in charge in the store but I highly recommend a position change and new staff for the entire location if they want to even come close to any of the other locations’ service. Thank you for coming to my ted talk, I had enough time to write waiting on my singular pepperoni pizza.

This is about the 4th time in a row I’ve come here and they made me wait 10 minutes. This time I get back to the window and the girl tells me she forgot to put mine in. So I waited another 5 minutes at the window.

You might not be able to count on the pizzas being hot and ready, or count on seeing the same people every time you go, but you can count on them to not cut the pizza all the way through.

Placed an order at around 4:00 on Monday September 22nd while at work. Scheduled it to be picked up at 8:45 because I have an hour commute from work. Got to the window and they told me it was gonna be a 10 minute wait. Unacceptable!

Normally love this place but the past two times I’m have got bread sticks or cheese bread it’s covered in garlic butter. I know it’s supposed to have it but this much is just ridiculous I didn’t ask for extra

I go to this place 2 to 3 times a week. If I was the franchise owner of this, I would run it myself due to the lack of confidence and employees if that’s what you call them that are there to give you your order if I was the guy that sold the franchise? I would shut this one down and make them call it something else because this place is uncalled for the only reason I go there is the closest one to me and I have no choice. It’s either go there or do without and it’s getting close to do without. I’m not usually one too leave reviews like this, but it is just ridiculous. How this place is operated six months ago. It was not very good and it went downhill from there. Good luck.

Average experience expected from Little Ceasars. Pizza was good. Fast friendly service. Prices seem to be getting higher and higher though. I'd like to see some deals, more promotions or discounts. I love pizza but the main reason Little Ceasars has gotten the majority of my business has always been their lower prices.

Never have any hot or ready. Waited 30 minutes and ordered fresh. The pizza was hard and burnt and mostly crust. Barely any cheese or sauce.

If I could give zero stars I would......how do you mess it up when the entire order is on a sticker on the box you put the pizza in!? I ordered stuffed crust I got regular, I ordered jalapeños and got onions, all the toppings other than the pepperoni are all to one side, the only good thing is that it makes it easier to pick this nasty onion off my pizza because I dont have time before work to drive back and get my order fixed! Won't be going back to the Pendleton one anymore!

I don’t know where to begin. The level of incompetency inside one building was astounding. We should genuinely dismantle this franchise brick by brick. Waited an hour for a pepperoni pizza, they asked me what my order was every 5 minutes, and it still wasn’t made. There was a line wrapped around the building for the drive through, inside was much scarier, The people “making” my pizza were literally asking how to cut a pizza! When asked what the hold up was, they all just responded saying they were new and had no clue what to do 😭please if you value yourself and your time don’t go anywhere near this place. I’m not even upset, I’m just genuinely surprised. I left $11 broker than when I walked in and walked out with no pizza

Floppiest and greasiest undercooked pizza I tasted. Lady was kinda rude today and we ordered extra most bestest and there’s barely anymore than normal

they hung up on me.

It’s Little Caesars so you know what you are signing up for before going 🤷🏻‍♂️
