I made a reservation for our wedding anniversary. Upon arrival the manager came out to welcome us in and get us seated with haste and such kindness. The entire staff seemed to know it was our anniversary as they all kept congratulating us and wishing us well The first round of drinks was even on the house which was so sweet! We did have our toddler with us and they were co accommodating, I didn’t even have to ask for them to dilute his drink, she was already on it! For our appetizers we had calamari and chicken nachos which were both 10/10 Dinner was a pound of wings, a surf and turf, and fish and chips with a plate of gorgeous chicken tenders and waffle fries for the little one. The meal lasted for dinner and lunch the next day and I was very impressed overall. 100% will be coming back again and again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OMG People! You got to Try this Place! It’s Awesome! It’s nice, it’s Clean and the Staff Treats you like Family! Been going since it opened! If you don’t go you missing out! It’s ran like your Mom would run it! Love It! Thank Y’all!

Staff was very nice and enjoyable to converse with. BUT the BURGER was amazing!! Lunch deal is an amazing deal for 9.99.

Nice restaurant/bar right downtown Pendleton. Large roof top seating area with elevator access, too.

The menu is a step above bar type food if you want more of a meal. Altho we ordered wings, fish sandwich and chili cheeseburger lol
All were great! Especially the teriyaki wings!

Great crowd there, too, all ages, everyone enjoying their day.

Service was good, even though it was almost packed.

I'd definitely stop in again next time I'm in town.

We have been going to Raines weekly and will continue to do so. The food is great and the service is exceptional. However what keeps us coming back week after week is the personal and courteous service from a fantastic server Lilly. She is remarkable and so attentive to every detail during our dining experience. The wings are great and the service is good. A little slow at times but very friendly. I will go back.

Affordable, delicious ?? chicken wings, freshly baked and warm welcome from the people in downtown Pendleton! I would love to go back with family and friends. Do visit! Prices are great ??

We went there on a Friday night for a birthday dinner, super cute place and seemed like a fun environment. We had a party of 10 (2 kids) but had to wait 1.5 hours after we ordered for our food. An hour in of waiting and someone from the staff came out to tell one person at our table they ran out of noodles and gave the last plate away to another table, so he had to pick something else. Once our food finally came out, all the sides were cold including a side of gravy in its own cup that was brought out separately, a medium steak was cooked extremely well done, the fish was nasty and covered in grease droppings. The side salads were served along with the meal... honestly the list could go on. The waitress was so apologetic and kind which we appreciated (and is the only reason service is a 4 star for me) so much but the experience was pretty bad. You could tell she was overwhelmed and had way too many tables at once. After that, it’ll be hard for us to want to come back.

We like this place. Could use a few accent pieces to break up the room. Food was delicious. Had the philly, the quesadilla, and the pimento grilled cheese. Steak was a bit greasy, but we enjoyed it overall. Would come here again.

Nice rooftop patio, decent service, and mediocre frozen-to-fryer type bar food. I think folks mostly come for the rooftop patio and drinks. The food served is probably just to keep a liquor license and not meant to really be enjoyed.

This is a nice little Hideaway restaurant really if you want to dine in or down on the rooftop great prices friendly employees met the owner's son just the nicest person that you ever want to meet recommend this place 10 out of 10

Of course it was Graduation weekend, and we wanted to grab something for dinner. Even though it was late (8:40p) and they close at 9p they welcomed us in and served us as if we walked in at opening time. Great place, food was Awesome and our servers were Great.
Nice place to go to for the first time.
