Always incredible. Best staff and the cheeseburger wrap is a 20/10. Love this lace and I’m so glad they’re in Pendleton!

I have only ever said thank you to any of the staff...so,I can't figure out how we keep getting such terrible service and the food has gone down in taste....we live nearby but I think that it's my last wasted dime for Raines

Downtown Pendleton is a very nice restaurant for any occasion. Pot Roast is a must when you order, tasty and mouth watering. Service was too notch from greeting to tip. I highly recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner it's worth the drive or become a local favorite.

I have gone to Raines on Exchange several times and been very happy. However this evening I called an order in and it was so loud I was having a hard time hearing the girl. She started laughing and apparently missed hearing part of my order. Then when I got there there was no one behind the bar. I still there for 5 minutes, while several employees walked past me and looked right at me. None of them stopped to asked if they could help me. I left there very disappointed.

Nice place to go with friends.
Laid back atmosphere with bar and tvs. The noise level was low. We could hear each other talk. It was a Birthday get together.

They have the best corn nuggets. However, the calamari was fake and too salty; the shrimp weren't evenly spiced which made some of them too spicy. Don't like the atmosphere in the Raines in Pendleton, but the one in downtown Anderson has a homey, family friendly feel.

Came into the restaurant on Friday at 7:15 and was told it would be a 40 -45 minute wait. An hour and 15 minutes later, I went up to the hostess stand to find out the status of our seat and was told that they would not be seating us, or anyone else, and that the kitchen was no longer going to be taking any orders. Nobody called our cell number that was left with the hostess to notify us. No text was sent, even though I received a text confirming that I was waiting for a table. Nobody announced this to the restaurant in the bar area where multiple groups of people were waiting for a table. No effort was made to notify anyone who had been waiting there for an hour to an hour and a half that they were not gonna get seated after waiting there that long. And when I asked the hostess why no one was notified she informed me that it was too many people to call everyone. I have never in my life experienced this at any restaurant. If your name is taken at a hostess stand you’re put in a queue to wait for a table, then you get seated. Otherwise, when we came in, they should’ve told us they were not seating anyone else at that time versus making us wait for over an hour. The bartender was very nice that was serving us while we were waiting for a seat, but it reflects horribly on whoever was in charge of these decisions and in charge of not communicating this to the patrons. We tried to find a manager, but to know avail so by 8:45 we left to go rush to find something to eat and luckily Brooklyn Style Pizza next-door, which was closing at 9 o’clock, gladly sat us down and served us with a smile.
Food, service and prices were awesome

This was my first time eating at Raines..it won’t be my last. Food was delicious and I loved the atmosphere. Service was but it didn’t take away from the meal. Great place!
Very good food and great staff
Nice restaurant with outdoor seating
Nothing special or really bad about the food. However, for me, cost versus quality means I won't be returning. Also, we narrowed down our appetizer selection to two, and they were out of both.
I often stop by Raines on Main for their delicious wings and mushroom appetizer. It’s a great spot to grab a quick bite and unwind at the bar after a long day.
