The people working here were extraordinarily helpful, and patient, and generous, with my crazy kids orders. Subway is subway, but these guys were 5 star.

I went there at 9:14pm and they lock the the door on my face, told me it was close and that they were tired.
I did responded while pointing at the times at the door that they close at 10:00pm so she opened the door.

The subway I got was terrible absolutely not tosted and didn't really listen for my order.
Complaining while doing my food saying I'm tired.

I understand that we humans are tired but I felt so disrespectful when the door got lock at my face and when I ate such a horrible food.

Only sad white bread available at 6pm. No other. No sweet tea, no unsweet. Only dark chocolate cookies, no other. They used to be a good shop

Went inside for a breakfast sandwich. I was the only guest there. The young woman behind the counter didn't even acknowledge or say anything to me. She continued walking back and forth placing the containers with the ingredients onto the bar line as though I wasn't even there. It was almost 5 minutes before she finished when she finally acknowledged me. When I finally ordered my usual steak/egg sandwich, she told me that the eggs were still frozen... sufficed to say I was very disappointed that she was unprepared when they had been open for nearly half an hour. Her demeanor also indicated to me that she really didn't want to be there. Needless to say, I will look for other options for my breakfast business if that is the type of service to expect. 😒

The people working the day I was there acted like they absolutely hated their job. I tried to engage them. I get it nobody wants to do that job but make.the best of it . Management needs to look at who they are hiring. I'll probably never go back to this Subway again purely based on the staff

Every time I come here, the drive through light is on.But you can sit there for ten minutes and nobody comes to the windows, so you have to pull around. Today, it sounded like they had four people on and one girl waiting on people, and then people in the background, by the name brian was swearing left and right. There is no professionalism at this place and all, ever. They need a manager, a null1. If they currently have one, because they're not doing their jobs, they're teee and laughing and swearing and having a good time, and they're forgetting that customers don't want to hear language or wait in line when you got all these staff on and only one person is making subs

Drive thru not being serviced. Called store with no answer. When you drive up to window, no one acknowledges you. When I asked worker inside, they said head set not working. I recommended posting a sign as to not waste customer’s time.

If I could give service a no star I would 100000% give them no stars. I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one answers. I come to the window and nobody looked to be in the store and the headset to the drive thru was sitting at the register. I come back around the store and go in and they are all standing in the back talking away. There are three people here that I could see. The dude that come out to make my sandwich I had to repeat to him several times the same thing. Then I say no I don’t want it toasted and they put it in the toaster anyway. The sauces weren’t labeled so he took a guess as to which one was the one I was asking for. Overall a hot mess

Everything suck drive-thru didn't work all the workers were sitting in lobby knew I was at the drive-thru for 10 minutes I go inside they say it doesn't work and there not allowed to put up a sign saying out of order said they would be fired the table was nasty & the lettuce was rotten subway company nor the corporate office will not even react to this because they know people will still buy the sandwiches Pendleton location

Usually this place is amazing but yesterday I went in at 1:20 to eat. Service was slow due to a special customer which was fine but then I started ordering my sub. She kept misunderstanding what I was telling her. It was like both of the workers were sky high on dope. I finally made it through the checkout. I had to remind them about my drink. The drink machine was out of almost all the sodas. There was rising bread dough out in the open. It was a total disaster and I had to throw away my sub I paid for because it was as hard as rock. I couldn't bite into it.

Overall rude people, don’t want to work, smoking outside all the time, the list goes on and on. There was a management change and ever since then the service has declined exponentially. Really hoping for turn around soon. I’ve been going there since 2022.

Sat in the drive through at the window for about 10 minutes,so I decided to pull up to the window after getting no service,and a lady told me she'd be right with me after a couple orders that are ahead of me,and so I waited another 10 minutes only for a different lady to tell me I'll have to pull around and come inside I just went somewhere else as my lunch break is 30 minutes and 20 of those minutes where waisted here,I was once a frequent customer but I will no longer be coming back,worst service I've ever seen,and their is no communication going on

I visited this location on Thursday. I tried to use the Drive thru. There was a homemade sign written that said Drive Through closed. I decided ok I really want a Black Forest sub. So I go in the inside there is 4 people in the building.. I am a ASSISTANT DISTRICT MANAGER for another QSR industry!!! The cashier was literally sitting on a stool with. A headset on her head. The manager comes from around the corner and says the headsets were not working. But the green light Was on on the headset. That was pure laziness of the staff as I would rip my units a new one if they tried this !! They could have had people drive to the window and take the order at the window like most Subway’s do anyway. That manager needs to be held accountable.
