Peg and Ernie were awesome. We started with a straight tasting of all 13 rums and were very pleased. Next we tried the dark and stormy and mixed berry monitor. 😋 outstanding. We can not wait until our next vist.

This is by far the best place to go if you want to actually learn something about what you're trying. Ernie is the most informative gentleman we've had the pleasure to meet and the love he has for his rum shows not only in his talking about them but also in the flavor. We were so privileged to get an impromptu tour and my daughter was delighted to share some tasty sounding recipe ideas. We cannot wait to go back. This is an absolute must visit for everyone!

A welcoming place for a weary traveller. Ernie was a very generous host/ owner. He clearly loves what he does and he crafts great rum and cocktails. A fantastic experience, not to be missed. Looking forward to our next visit.

Wow! What a great little gem hidden in plain site. Ernie and Peg make you feel at home, and the craftsmanship in the rums and drinks is very evident. Found my new go-to, Rum and Root Beer! Can't wait to get back.
