Got to be the worst Zaxby's in SC!! No management, no one knows what was going on, 30 min on food!! Do your self a favor and drive to Anderson!

Service was horrible I had a mobile gift card for my order the manager said the gift card wasn’t taking I asked her did she enter the number correctly she swear she did and that it must not be money on the card I verified the card still had money. I got my receipt and no card was even entered so I just paid cash for my order. I get to the widow the guy at the window acted like he didn’t know how to make sure he handed you the correct order and got an attitude when I told him I was missing something. I had to tell him four times I was missing something . Then I tell him I’m missing my milkshake and I ordered it with no cherry and it has cherry on it so then he proceeded to take the lid off and walk around the corner and remove the cherry with his bare hand disgusting and then proceeded to put extra whip cream on top. I definitely won’t be back to that location.

My family and I just had a long day of moving and drove to Zaxbys to have one of the best services we had in a while! Glenda the general manager was on point with making sure our food and experience was great! Definitely will be back to this one just for her!

Extremely busy at the time I was there. Team worked well together to take care of both dine in and to go and drive through. Their team efforts are appreciated.

We decided to pick up a couple of Cobb salads on the way home. Called in the order and picked them up and took them. When we opened the containers, it was clear that something was wrong. Apparently, we were given Market salad instead of Cobb salads

there was no response at the window and we sat there for 28 minutes, drove up to the window and waited 6 minutes still no response.

Ordered the Mr beast meal, comes with 4 tenders, fries, cheese curds, and 2 slices of toast. Was given 3 1/2 tenders, a small amount of fries, and barely any cheese curds. Paid 14 something for that meal. Just kinda disappointing that I pay all that money for nothing.

There is no reason for a mobile order to take 25 minutes! I actually waited in the parking lot for approximately 20 of that 25 with 2 screaming children in the back. The explanation I was given was that everyone else ordered before me... even the 15 cars that went through the drive thru behind me! This Zaxbys location is definitely the worst one in the area!

I ordered 20 tongue torch wings, i get to the window and was asked if i had bbq or tongue torch. I say tongue torch and the lady says okay and i pay and pull up to get my food. i get handed bbq and realized after i left. so i went back in and said i ordered tongue torch and got bbq. the guy stood there and literally looks at me and says “i don’t know what you want me to do”. So i asked for someone else and she responds with “okay and?”. Just such a bad attitude and comes and starts being smart to me like i don’t know what i ordered. She storms back and just aggressively throws my wings in the trash and walks back and makes me 10 wings and hands them to me… i ordered 20, but i was just so over it and left. Just insanely terrible customer service.

Ordered Cobb Salad. Maybe 1/2 piece of bacon, brown lettuce and 2 slices of cucumber diced in quarters, but tons of lettuce. Texas Toast smells like a dirty dish cloth.

Waited over 15 minutes in line, placed my order at the speaker, only to be told it'd be an additional 10 minutes at the window. That should've been said at the speaker to save all of us time.
