Went in order ten boneless wings i ask them be cook fresh ...okay so I waited like 10 min on my order ..then then I got my order the boneless bites was hard and I told them I want them be cook fresh the manger got a attitude with me ....slung my food on the counter I ask that she did not have sling my food on counter and start to smart off at me and get lound told me to get of her store I will not return this one at all that's no way to treat customer..she not be working for the public if her attitude is bad

food came out extremely fast. one plate got made wrong due to miscommunication on my end but emily got my replacement out to me even faster. currently sitting in the lobby tearing this salad upppp.wings and things bomb. and the shake is amazing.

Called in a huge order of chicken tenders and fries to feed 50+ ppl and it was hot and ready as soon as I walked in and they even gave me 2 extra big to-go box orders of fries. Great establishment

I don’t know why everytime I go here something is wrong with my order. But this time this is just plain laziness. After eating some fries I noticed a chemical taste in mouth spit it out to find mold in it 🤢

Slow! And when I say slow I mean SLOW!!! I placed an online order at 7:25pm. Arrived at 7:30 and sat in the dining area until 8:30 waiting on my food…. I waited an hour for fast food. I’m sending a complaint in so this meal better have been free. The drive thru gets priority. Don’t make my mistake and place an online order

Love this place. BEST CHICKEN EVER😍

The owner or manager should have their franchise revoked. We arrived at 12:13 pm and as of 1:28pm we still have not received our food. We ordered a 20 piece and a salad, no substitutions. There appears to be no manager on premises.

I usually like this location, but today I had a disappointing experience. I ordered a mobile order, and arrived a few minutes early. My milkshake was melting and leaking when she handed it to me through the window. My biggest concern, is the portion size of fries I received after going big on a sauce box. Quesadilla as advertised is real good but very much overpriced five dollar item at it's best. Looks like maybe two chicken fingers feels up one quesadilla at 8.00 dollars. It is way overpriced
