Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food was okay BUT I FOUND MOLD inside my soda caked onto the ice. Didn’t see it until after I finished the drink and there was more than one piece of mold. I only realized because I like to eat the ice after I finish a drink. Absolutely disgusting. Clean your soda/ lines. Stop being lazy. You’re going to get people sick.

Drive through guy taking orders preoccupied, windows taking card no comment, food order wrong but corrected by manager, others were kind from that point on

25 minutes stick in drive thru, only to pay and them tell me at the window to pull around and wait at the door another 10 minutes. While I watch ppl who went in after?I was sitting in the drive thru, sit down with their meals.
Two supper cars even left before I finished picking up my meal. Where's the supervisor.

Took over 30 minutes to get my food

I’ll keep this short and sweet. This location has a hard time with order accuracy, especially at lunch. I’ve decided to document this. I’m always getting the wrong order or what I ordered isn’t provided. Example from picture. Ordered extra bacon & cheese for my chicken sandwich, got a plain chicken sandwich that had been sitting under heat lamp since Jesus has been a manager. My sixth sense gave me a feeling my chicken would be dried and nasty, so I ordered sauce and put it on my own sandwich… and surprise! It came with no sauce. Last time we got a family pack all of the chicken was so dried out and nasty. If management is reading this, please stop pre-making chicken and keeping it under a heat lamp. It’s obvious to anybody who has worked in the service industry that this is what is happening and it is bringing down not only the products at this location, but Zaxby’s as a whole. Thanks for listening.

Food is hit or miss here.

Busy day just after 1pm. A wait to place the order and almost 10 minutes to get the food. The food was very good.

Very fast service. Especially for a Zaxbys.

Beware for pick-up/ drive thru orders

Double check your orders. Everytime I give them a chance they blow it. I usually go to the Anderson or Clemson locations because of this. I'm always missing something from my order. I ordered a chicken finger plate with all fries. Why am I missing fries? They always get something wrong. Please owner/manager get a handle on this. I will say my food is always hot but I'm wasting money which is a no go.

The amount of fries this location gives you is pitiful. They said they determine the plates by weight. I don’t see how that is possible when the other Zaxbys in the area give plenty. Every time I have been it has been disappointing. Definitely not getting your money worth here.

Went and ordered food, paid for food…got a call(police officer) and asked the cashier if they mind holding my food under a lamp for when I return. I never got my food so I figured it wouldn’t be an issue and I was fine with not getting new food made for me when I returned. The cashier asks the manager in the back about holding and the manager yells “NO!” The cashier said “it’s a cop though” and the manager once again loudly said “I don’t care!” Needless to say I wasted money and walked out to answer a call for service and due to the worst customer service from the manager i didn’t return and won’t ever return again.

It is my favorite place because the attention is spectacular and the staff is very friendly especially my dear lily ♥️

Absolutely Delicious food and Service

My wife came thru drive thru and purchased me a Cobb salad with an extra chicken finger on it and when she got home there was no chicken on the salad at all.
