Food was cold. Nobody was in the drive thru or parking lot so they had time to give us fresh. They forgot our fries. The place has gone down hill really bad.

I went to the Pickens store and tried to go to the drive-thru. The guy on the speaker told me they were short staffed 3 times and tried to get me to go inside. I said I still wanted to order at the speaker and he kept saying they were short staffed. I just left.

This is the 3rd time in a few months that I've seen this first hand. People waiting in line to the point of walking out. 4 people actually just followed me out. People from drive thru constantly bringing orders back inside that are wrong or missing something. The one person making sandwiches couldn't move any slower. Meanwhile the other 2 walking around looking lost. I feel for the people that have already paid, still waiting in the dining area for what's probably gonna be cold or completely wrong. Just go to Easley, it's worth the drive if you want Arby's that bad.

This restaurant has a management problem. It was not clean when we walked in. Had to wait several minutes for someone to come take our order. They got the order wrong and just in general didn't seem to care about the customer. Not up to Arby's standards.

Ordered food with door dash and part of my order was missing. I tried calling but there is always a busy signal, so you can't even get in touch with them to fix things.

Food was cold and nasty, understaffed is a understatement. No plans on coming back. Orange cream shake was good after waiting 5 mins for it after i got my food.

Pulled up to drive thru at 1:45, after 10 min, I pulled to the window and this sweet young girl came to the window, she said were you at the speaker, I said and have been for 10 min. She said I'm sorry I was taking an order at the counter. I said okay and placed my order. I was very nice to her amd same back to me. Food took another 15 minutes to get 4 mac bites and a cheddar sandwich. The sand which had minced up roast beef and tasted like the smell of dog food. It was nasty. We haven't ate there in awhile but thought I would give it another try. Never again....

Just went the drive thru and the girl working the window was very rude. Not professional at all... ordered with a coupon and ordered a large curly fry. Got the sandwiches but not the curly fry. Went inside to get my curly fry the same girl saying to me I never ordered a curly fry. I don't understand because why would I exit my vehicle to come inside to get a curly fry. Again this girl needs to be trained properly on better customer service. Clearly she has not been trained.
