Delicious barbecue and cool, unique gift shops. They host open markets and live music. This is a really special place we always visit when we come through this beautiful corner of South Carolina.
We love Aunt Sue’s Country Corner. Always made to feel welcome, and the Sunday Buffet is great. The biggest problem is that Aunt Sue’s is loved by so many! It’s always crowded.
Long wait for a table, but worth it.

Our first time here. For a buffet I expected to see more. Very little dessert. It was a nice atmosphere and friendly people.

Great home cooked buffet. The fried fish is amazing! I like that they serve the hot food so it’s not touched by everyone Lee. My ch more sanitary and clean! Love their salad bar as it’s so fresh! Check out the cute little gift shops or stop for ice cream. It has an old general store feel.

First and last visit here, extremely slow service and the worst part was my chicken fried chicken came out rubbery and was very pink inside. I felt sick later so I don't think they cooked it properly.

Much prefer the buffet at The Junction in Gowensville, South Carolina (about 30 miles away) but the food, service, price, and atmosphere were fair. Nice location on scenic Highway 11.
Fried Chicken was just okay (a bit dry for my taste) but the meatloaf, roast beef, and all the sides were excellent. I didn’t have any dessert but what was offered looked great.
Overall Aunt Sue’s is a solid choice.

Wow! Had occasion to visit Aunt Sue’s while touring the area with out of town family members a couple of weeks ago. What a wonderful place! Comfortable rustic dining room. Great general store. Great desserts. Somewhat limited menu, but focused on doing a few things extraordinarily well. We all decided on the chicken salad croissant sandwiches for our brunch. It was wonderful. Fresh chicken, crisp warm flaky croissant, and hand made potato chips. Even the pickles were fresh. Terrific service even during a very busy time. Will leave a more detailed review after next visit, and there WILL be a next visit! Yum!
