Went there ahead of a group this evening so I could get a table for 9 people. Sat at the bar for 20 mins and nobody even said Hi much less ask if I wanted a drink. left and called my group to go eat elsewhere. Sorry but not good service at all.
The food was delicious once we got it BUT, there was one Waitress handling bar orders and food! We waited an hour to get a glass of water, another 30 minutes to get our bar order! Food finally came out 35 minutes later and it was very good under the curcumstances. It appeared that all food orders were coming from the restaurant upstairs! Terrible, terrible- very slow service!!! Waitresss were busy having shots/drinking beer while working to pay attention to customers. Employees stand around talking, on their phones & ignore paying customers! Food quality has gone down...wings were dry...very little sauce on them. Requested plates...never got them. Nobody asked if we wanted drink refills. Overcharged us and we waited 15 min for them to fix the check. Disappointing!!
