The employees are mostly nice in the mornings. Sometimes can be a little snippy, but who can’t be at 5:30 in the morning. The food is usually decent. The orders are always correct. The speed in the morning is 7/10 times fast. Not a bad place for a quick bite when you’re in a rush.

Shout out to the woman running the drive thru and grill cook Monday evening!!! I came through with my 4 sons after hiking all day. She and the grill cook could have been talking about something else, but I thought we might be unwanted. 😬 Being said, once she came to the window, she was super polite and got our drinks immediately. She then asked us to pull up as OUR FOOD was being COOKED FRESH. 😲 Ended up being THE BEST Hardee's burgers/fries EVER and polite/caring customer service! Moral of the story: don't judge a person at first glance. Also, Hardee's of Pickens, you rock!!! 😉😍

Ordered two large orders of hash rounds. First they didn’t put it in my bag and I had to go back. Then I hear the girl ask if she needed to pull me forward while they cooked more and the lady didn’t respond. She asked the lady if there was enough for 2 orders and the lady again didn’t respond and just handed her the bag. When I looked in the bag, the hash round boxes weren’t even half full to complete 1 full order of large hash rounds. Just ridiculous when I paid for 2 large.

I come into the pickens Hardee’s and got a little chicken wrap with only tomatoes on it and about 20 minutes I was sick as a dog. . This was on Monday evening. I have never felt that bad before. The doctor says it was probably food poisoning .
Sometimes I have to wait in line but it's worth it. Always good here. Ten out of ten
