This is the slowest Mcds I have ever been to. Literally sat in the drive for almost an hour come on people do better and get more employees it’s fast food not all night wait for my food

Order the 2 Mcribs and basket of fries. One of the ribs boxes was turned upside down so when we picked it up everything fell out. The guy at the register was talking about how nasty the MC-ribs were and not understanding why so many people, were buying them. Bought through drive-thru. Not professional behavior, but I do agree. I tried these with my son they are not good at all...

We stopped in just before 11:30am. The drive thru was fairly busy but there were few seated inside. One person in front of us and 4 or 5 waiting for food. The guy in front of us finally stopped someone and asked them to take his order. I don't know if she was the "manager" but she immediately started complaining about the lack of staff. She said "There's only two of us up front and nobody wants to do register so I'm doing the best I can". By this time there were three more people behind us. She walked away. While the kiosks could be a good thing, not everyone knows how to use them or wants to pay for fast food with a card....I don't. I don't know why there were two people filling orders at the drive thru AND ignoring the customers at the counter. Everywhere else, the counter person takes and fills counter orders. We stood there about 10 minutes and were never even acknowledged by anyone. It's ridiculous. I see now why the review score is so low. I get it's a problem when employees don't show up but a GOOD manager knows how to handle that. Apparently this restaurant needs to hire a GOOD manager who knows what customer service is. We finally walked out and there were five people behind us.

Literally Zero effort in every aspect. There are times where it's 6:30 in the morning with literally 0 people in line (Drive thru) and they still take 5-10 minutes to take your order.
When there is an actual line your butt will be waiting for easily 15-20 minutes just to take your order
Add another 8-15 for receiving your food. This is the norm.
Another big thing I've noticed that's specific to this location is that the burgers are extremely greasy and oily to the point it's uneatable. This is easily one of the worst locations out there. You're better off driving to Easley for Mickey d's and you'll probably get served faster!! This place is a joke on all levels the workers and especially the managers need to do a better job period! Shameful clowns

This was some of the worst service I got in long time food wasn't wrapped order was 3 out of 5 items wrong plus the attitude of young lady was shameful why work in fast food if you're gonna be miserable and take it out on customer

I'll start with the staff were pleasant. My issue was with the drive-thru. I'm not sure if the speaker was broken (I'm hoping this was the case), or I was deliberately ignored. I waited while 3 others were served in the other lane. I tried talking to get attention. I tried coughing, etc. No response. I'm not a Karen, so I want rude or demanding, just disappointed about the amount of the time I spent trying to place an order. I mentioned the issue to staff and ended up ordering at the window. Once I got to the window, all went well. It's McDonald's, I don't expect 5 star food. I do expect polite (which staff were, I think).

We had to wait 17 minutes just to order. Paid, got our drinks no straws. Than pulled to the third windows. Than someone comes to ask us to pull to lane 2 only to wait 10 minutes. They brought our food, not straws and our fries was put in the bag upside-down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single time I go to this location, something is wrong. Today I spent my last bit of money on some breakfast for me and my family. Paid online. Got there before changeover, but got ignored until it was time to changeover. (probably on purpose) then was told to PROVE to them that the money came out of my account. Which I did… but I shouldn’t have to. 40 mins later we got a couple shitty burgers and fries to replace my order. THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALD’S LOCATION. I definitely won’t be back and I encourage anyone else to do the same.
