TERRIBLE! white sauce was out for I know had to be HOURS. It was room temp, and the sushi was warm as well. Get it together. Everyone knows sushi needs to be cold when I has raw meat in it! We are now a house FULL of sick people. 🤢

Lovely little Japanese restaurant in downtown Pickens. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. We had the teriyaki chicken today and as usual it was very good. You do get a very nice portion as well. Great atmosphere and the service.
I have always enjoyed teriyaki chicken but this place just takes it to a whole new level! I have never been disappointed with the food, service, cleanliness of Mikoshi Jr! Katie (the lady who takes orders and runs the checkout counter) is the absolute sweetest person I’ve ever met and she makes this place 10x better with her genuine caring of each person who walks in the door! This will continue to be my go-to restaurant!

I am really surprised at how BLAND this food is. Everything else is great at the restaurant though. The service is good and had a good atmosphere but the food has NO FLAVOR. I don’t think I’ll eat here again. Two plates and sushi was $50….. not worth the price.

We were in town visiting and were super excited to see a Japanese restaurant! We ordered sushi, spring rolls, and two different hibachi dinners and it was phenomenal.My only regret is that I didn’t get the triple hibachi since my husband’s food was amazing with the added shrimp and medium steak! We did a take out order and ate at our cozy cottage. It was marvelous! I highly recommend. It was the best sushi I’ve ever had.どうもありがとうございます
The food just isn't the same quality or quantity, anymore. They put it in smaller plates, and it's maybe half, or a little more than half what it used to be.

Got the hibachi triple, the chicken tasted raw AND old, the shrimp tasted old as well and really off. I got the spicy salmon sushi and it was %90 rice and a single drop of hot sauce on each piece. Will NEVER eat or get food from this restaurant again.

Had dinner here. Ordered hibachi chicken and the pickens roll. I enjoyed both items and the eel sauce and white sauce were very tasty. Definitely will be back!

The sushi was worse than any grocery store sushi I have ever had, and grocery store sushi is usually pretty mediocre... I expected restaurant sushi to be of a higher caliber. It was dry and warm, we had 3 rolls of different varieties and the only noticeable taste difference was that the eel roll was sweet and the other 2 were salty. I only kept it at 2 stars because we didnt get sick. It seems like it had been sitting out for quite some time and was pretty bland.
