I was served by Nicki today at the Pickens location. She was not only attentive and kind, but made one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had from Subway. She took the time to carefully place all the toppings on the sandwich and make sure she didn’t make a mess. One of the best interactions I’ve ever had at a Subway. Very clean store, fresh ingredients and kind staff.

I have not gone to this subway in years because of how gross it used to be. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up an order there for someone else at how nice it is now. I went back today to get food for myself. It’s so clean! The food was fresh and so good and the service was great! I think everyone needs to give them another try since they’ve been redone!

It’s not a real Subway! Honors no coupons has no specials! And less selections than most Subway stores! We drive the 50 miles round trip to Easley. Because it’s a real Subway!

Unfortunately this was my first time at this Subway and my experience was not favorable. Be aware that by going after dark you're subject to park in an unlit area. My coupon wasn't honored because the fountain machine was broken resulting in an order more costly than expected. The shop was not inviting at all as far as appearance and upkeep. My sandwich was okay though with all of the toppings expected so that was a positive. I typically like Subway but probably won't go back to that one.

The bread was stale the cheese tasted like plastic I asked for no toasted bread but it was so stale I thought they burnt it the people seemed annoyed we even asked to order this place sucks.

Annoyed to say the least.

Forgot these things:
• 2 Cookies
• A Drink
• Made my Footlong a 6 inch.

I had them make me another 6 inches and this is what it came out to be. ^
Missing the sauce, the onions, pepper— honestly, every thing.

The lady at the register said, “We don’t have the Cheesecake cookies” after throwing 2 random cookies in WITH NUTS!! I’m allergic to those, guys.. come on.

I used to enjoyed my Subway.

Ordered through the app. All of 3 subs looked disgusting, missing ingredients and not toasted. This place is a waste of time and money. The only decent thing was the bowl and cookie I ordered. I do not recommend this place. Called the store, no answer. Go to Easley instead.
