Ms. Misty working the Friday night shift tonight at the Pickens Waffle House refused to take our order because literally we had to split into two tables (we had 6 people) and it would’ve only been two separate tickets . She started yelling across the whole store “NO NO NO!!! We are NOT doing that !” like a child having a temper tantrum 🤣 so . We took our business elsewhere . Told us we had to be on one ticket . Clearly in Pickens , they aren’t competent enough two split two checks from the get go . If I could leave zero stars i would.

not enough crackys working here. service has gotten significantly worse — everyone is rude. last time we were there the server swept under the table we were eating at so she could leave and today, the blonde girl literally threw our straws on the table, brought us one togo box after asking for two and then disappeared. never came back to the table. i found grill brush bristles on my bacon and my waffle was cold from sitting so long before i got it. I will be making the trip to Easley from now on.

Came tonight to eat Waffle House with my family after waiting 30 minutes for a table to be cleaned to find out they were only taking to go orders, which only had three options and were for bowls. They let multiple people come in and sit and guess they got too lazy to clean anymore tables so they decided to only do take out. , so we left.

Went in and sat down and ordered, they brought my food way before they brought my daughter and grandsons food, so therefore mine was cold by the time there's got there. Then on top of that mine had a hair in the food, I told the lady, she didn't offer or ask if I wanted anymore. Then when it was time to check out, they still charged me the $12 for my plate even though it had a hair and was not touched. I will NOT ever be back there again!

Such a pleasant environment! The dining area and the entire restaurant is clean and the climate is perfectly set! Extremely friendly staff- Great waitress and excellent cooks! A great stop for a warm home made meal at an exceptional cost all day long!
