Visited the store to speak with someone about plans to eat lunch after our wedding ceremony. We informed them that we really enjoy WH and want it to be apart of our special day and to make sure they have enough staff so they are not stressed and are prepared for us to place a large order (whether to go or in restaurant). My fiancée and I are from out of town (3hr drive) and have been calling the store number and a recorded message says to visit the store but when we did they provided NO HELP because the manager was not in. We asked for the manager’s information and were told they do not have it, we tried to give them our information & she would not take it. They told us to call the store or come back in tomorrow and explained again that we are from out of town. The worker told us to step to the side while we were talking because another customer was approaching the register & even the customer said they were okay waiting but waitress insisted for us to get out the way. We were there for less than 5 minutes & right away she disregarded us. This made us feel ignored and unheard. This is by far the WORST SERVICE we’ve ever experienced at a WH.

Not one thing in the meal that I purchased was correct. I asked that the hashbrowns be cooked done. They were almost completely raw. I asked for onions on the chicken melt sandwich. It came with no onions. I spoke to the waitress about none of the food being correct. She didn’t offer to correct it, nor was I given a discount.

It was our first time going in. It wasn’t crowded. It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great!! We didn’t wait a long time on it and it was fresh and delicious. Will definitely go again. We were there at 4:45 on Friday , September 13th.

Yes I just ordered their chicken cheese bacon sandwich the chicken is raw total Greasy ?? you cannot call because it only takes takeout orders no one will answer the phone to let them know they're serving grease and raw chicken so now I have to drive back out there not happy at all was good when it first opened very disappointed
I'm not a waffle house eater. But there isn't much in Pickens. There is even less on a Sunday. My wife and I said, "Why not? It's brand new." We've been back about 3-4 times. It's actually pretty good. In truth, will I visit some old off the highway waffle house? No. But I'll go back to the Pickens one.

My first visit to the Pickens Waffle House and the term "awful waffle" sadly resonates my experience. Grit bowl...was cooked correctly but not hot. My waffle was pancake thin. It was actually smooth on the bottom side with divots on the top. Cut in half...what! I had to hold my hand up, wave it around and call out to get the attention of the staff ( who ALL had their phones in their face!) for some butter and sadly to find out they had no to go cups for my tea.....what! I spent $17.25 on my ticket and tipped my server 17.4%. I won't be back for the breakfast shift. Village Inn has had my breakfast business and it will continue to stay that way. Do better breakfast shift at Waffle House.

Well walked in sit down and all tables and floors was nasty. The waitress got me my drinks asked if I needed a menu.i said no I just want 3eggs scrambled and some grits.anyways waited for a while for food to come out but they forgot to put I mm my ticket.then I got my 3 eggs scrambled with cheese but no grits.oh and they wasn't even busy

I'm not a waffle house eater. But there isn't much in Pickens. There is even less on a Sunday. My wife and I said, "Why not? It's brand new." We've been back about 3-4 times.
