I usually come late at night and the service is good but today 12/14/25 I came in close to 3 and was given terrible service. Older women short hair named Mary, she was extremely rude nit picked my order and then didn't even give me my cup and got my order wrong. She kept talking to a different customer instead of doing her job and made the other people working with her do her part of the job. I wont be back until she's gone because she is rude and blantly insults you over the way you order your food.

The RUDEST cashier (older woman with short hair working at 3 p.m. 10/4/25) I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I’ve never experienced someone who was so bothered to do the job she applied for, and is paid to do. On top of that, I was given the most sorry salad I’ve ever received, with items missing so that it wasn’t even really the same salad anymore.

I went through the drive thru. I've been here many times in the last 8 years. In the last few months it has gone downhill. They forgot multiple items on my order. When I went in to get the items it was as if I disturbed them. The girl running the front acted like she was lost. It seems the younger the manager is the worse the service is. Do better because I love Wendy's.

Very good food. I only eat the patties (100 % pure beef) and they are the only ones that will sell me the meat without having to pay for the parts that I don't eat. The large 4 oz patties are only $1.99. Their competition will not sell just the patties and if they do they still charge you for the entire burger whether you take the whole burger or not.
I live in the next town so coming back is not an option I ordered chives baked potato and small chili had to tell the girl twice what I wanted got home no chili this is how they get richer and if you can’t do your job and easy one at that go home guess the manager is sorry to or he would know you can’t do your job

Came in to eat at pickens Wendy's tonight and the two ladies who took our order were wonderful. Unfortunately while we were sitting and eating with our two young kids, two of the employees got into an argument in front of the customers and curse words were exchanged loudly. We love Wendys but it's suppose to be a family oriented environment and tonight we did not feel that way.

I called 5 times they didn’t answer the phone. I pulled up and all of the employees was sitting outside you can’t answer a phone if your outside. With and hour before closing. I’m highly disappointed
