They were really busy and apparently understaffed. It was Mother's Day. Service was good and the food was okay. I ordered a steak and twice baked potato, loaded. My steak was slightly overcooked, and the potato was half of a potato with cheese. I've heard others talk about how good the food was. However, as for me, I do not plan on going back.

High quality bar and grill. Bartenders are attentive even when busy (and they're usually very busy), and the food is excellent and good value.
I like the French dip sandwich w/ hand cut fries. My wife likes the Cajun Chicken Pasta.

Drunks spilling out of the parking lots. I waited two hours for a pickup that I finally just gave up on after being hit on by ten drunk patrons in the bar. Round your dogs up!

Steaks are good but a little tough. Good sides. Sandwiches looked good, I was disappointed with the fries. I thought they would take pride in real potatoes not frozen. Do Not go on Friday night unless you want to lose your hearing! Music was good, but WAY too loud! This place is roomy but too small for the music to be that loud! Keep improving guys!
Let me say this first, it takes confidence that the server widget them out quick to serve shoe string fries. They were awesome. My wife's Reuben was excellent and my Prime Rib sandwich was superb. My best friend told us the Reuben was the best and was right. It was just a quick lunch for us but, dang I wish I lived closer. When the automobile manufacturer across the street opens, you're gonna have a hard time getting in the door here. Hats off to Alicia for her service.

We went to 3 Friends for lunch this past Sunday, totally by accident (we were planning to go to another restaurant in the plaza but they didn't serve wine). 3 Friends was a few doors down and it was so warm and welcoming. We sat at the bar. The bartender (his name might be Reece? We didn't ask but our check said Reece) was delightful and it is obvious that he loves his job. I had the grilled chicken raspberry salad and it was great (chock full of the aforementioned ingredients plus lots of bleu cheese crumbles, sunflower seeds and pecans). My husband had the fish and chips and he said it was the most authentic fish and chips he's had in a long time. Thanks for a great experience, 3 Friends Bar and Grill! We'll definitely return!

Stoped in for lunch on a Saturday and we’re very pleased with the fajitas and the bourbon glazed salmon!
I have yet to have anything to eat that I did not like. The fries with ranch dressing are a must have. The atmosphere is dark, as in needs a little more light, but it doesn't bother me enough to stop going.

First time here. I had the Ruben sandwich with onion rings. I thought both were very good. My wife had a club sandwich with fries. She said the sandwich was just ok and her fries were a little salty. We definitely will be back to try other items on the menu.

3 Friends is close to my house, so whenever I don't feel like cooking, it's a great option. Tonight was one of those nights, burgers are fantastic and food comes out fast and hot!
