Well, disappointed in this visit. I ordered chicken Parmesan and could not eat it. It tasted like it was scorched. 🤢. Also, ordered the gnocchi and pasta as a to-go order for my son. Someone (manager?) came and said that there is a customer that wants the “only” gnocchi left because she has a gluten allergy. 🙄🙄. If that’s the case, why go to an Italian restaurant?!) I told him I knew for a fact that my order for the gnocchi went in before the other person (they were sitting behind me) and for ME to have to change my order was not fair. He said he could have lied and told me that they were out of gnocchi. I also told him I could have lied and said my son had a gluten allergy as well. Needless to say, this place has gone downhill and I’ll never be back. The whole visit left a bad taste in my mouth.

Waited inside at a table for 15 minutes and I was passed by multiple servers without being acknowledged throughout that entire time frame. The restaurant had about 8 people in it total, not very busy. Ended up going back to the counter to place a to-go order.

First time trying them ordered online prob should have gotten a table but it was just me so I took my food back home to enjoy, online ordering was pretty simple and I love that it gave a estimated time frame of when the food would be done too, but the food is delicious 😋 and fresh
I read the negative reviews before I wrote this but after eating there three times with quite a bit of time in between. I am so pleased to see negative reviews-that means that they are indeed human after all. I really wondered because every experience there has been absolutely perfect for me as well as my entire party. I’m from Maine and come here to visit family. We go there for trivia and the place is always packed. Every detail is handled perfectly. I love this place, the food, the service, everything! I just wish it was in my area.

Placed an order over the phone tonight for 2 large pizzas, I was told 30-35 minutes. I arrived within 35 minutes to be told they were just being put in and to allow 18 minutes. Waited in the restaurant 20 minutes to be told they lost my ticket!! Awful!! At least offer me a discount or something for the inconvenience or find a way to make it right. Instead I felt empty handed!! I am glad I did not pay ahead of time!!

My husband and I stopped in for dinner while making our way to Seneca. I had Eggplant Parmesan and he had Chicken Antonio. I was blown away by the enormous portion. The flavor in each sauce was mouth watering. Our waitress was fantastic. Gracious, allowing me extra time to choose. Attentiveness was first class. I don't live nearby anymore, but when I am near, I will be back. 10.25.24 update review.
***Great little surprise. Monday evenings I struggle for a place to eat. Tonight I "googled it" for some place open near me. I am incredibly happy with the recommendation!! I stepped in to Trivia night. Although I didn't participate, some folks may enjoy Monday night trivia. I was hungry and couldn't get to a menu fast enough. Gluten free is a new personal choice, which also adds to my dining out frustration...Not here! Several options including gluten free pizza crust and pasta. I chose shrimp scampi. A..MAzing! Compliments to the chef were verbalized! From the positive ambiance, great service staff, to the professional, warm welcome from the owner, I don't remember when it was such a pleasure to dine at a "pizza joint". I will return, often, and not just on Mondays!!!
Update:: Sunday night in Powdersville not many places are open for dinner. We were greeted immediately and provided a table within moments. Service was prompt. We opted for the baked spaghetti special. Fried mushrooms for an appetizer and the spaghetti was delicious! Leftovers!! Looking forward to having them for lunch.

Had a decent little bar for the area. But won't be going back.
Mediocre pizza. Everything generic. Poor quality cheese just pools grease. Soaked a full napkin on a 10" pizza. Not to mention a 10" was over $15 (menu said $12+1.99) for one topping. Mac n cheese was literally ziti in cheese water... Gross. Worst part is they over charge. I noticed my bill seemed high for what we ordered. They didn't give itemized receipt. I asked for one and saw I was overcharged. Owner came over and gave bs story about 3.5% surcharge for card.... I said I got the bill before I gave card fit payment. Then he said, oh well if it was cash they would return some of it to me... Then I pointed out drinks on menu were $2 but bill said $2.85. he says it's supposed to be $2.50 (cheap b&w home printer menus). I said well 3.5% would be $2.58 then.... He just shrugged me off. The whole thing was bizarre and would have been fine had he said our menus are old. Waitress was very nice.

Chicken parm was burned which I didn't expect for the 17.99 price, and the chicken in the chicken alfredo was also dry with some of it also being burned which I also did not expect for the 18.99 price. The serving size was good though.

We stopped by for lunch and ALL of the food was distasteful. Homechips were old and cold. I got the Chicken Americana, chicken was over cooked and the ranch dressing that I had on the side was like water and nasty. My husband ordered chicken parmesan, his chicken was over cooked as well. This meal was so nasty we didn't complete even half of it. The only thing we enjoyed was the fall beer that we ordered. We will definitely not be returning....

Ordered pizza 3 pizzas via phone and headed to restaurant because they said it would be about 20 minutes. When I got there they hadn’t even started it and told me it was going to be another 20 minutes. Sat there waiting and not one person offered a drink or a discount or anything for the inconvenience. Weak apology from the cashier. Very disappointed as we are trying new pizza places and was hoping this was as good as their rating.

One of our favorite places. The only negative is the fly problem. We had three on our table tonight. We have to cover our food in between bites. I realize they’re a problem most places but generally not every week.
