I went to get lunch for me and my fiance for his lunch break at 11:30am and was handed cold sandwiches and potatoe cakes immediately out of the window. It was 11:10am, absolutely no traffic inside or in drive thru, so there's no telling how long the food had been sitting up and now I feel sick from trying to just eat my portion. My fiancee had to go back inside the plant and eat a cold sandwich when the only thing that should've been cold was the potato cakes. I hope they close this location and replace it with something better. What about the customers, it's also by the highway and many travelers could get hungry, no one wants a cold sandwich!

Ordered double beef and cheddar and a classic roast beef. I received two classic roast beef’s. I could understand if you guys were busy and the order gets mixed up, but there was only 2 cars in the drive thru. Do better

Something is wrong with the drinks here. It's either in the ice or the drink machine. Drinks taste like the way sulfur smells. It has been this way for at least a month. They are undrinkable. The food itself seems fine.

Ordered on the app. Bag was sealed so I didn't look inside. They forgot my cheese sticks and my large curly fry. We called, it rang... and rang. We called 3 more times, dude finally answered. We told them food was missing. They asked if we could come back up there. It's a good 20 minutes but I agreed. II mentioned my sandwich will be cold by the time I get back with my sides 45 minutes later. They said I could bring it with me and theyd swap it. Which seems weird. But anyway, after I get there they have it all ready and didn't ask for the other sandwich, so that was nice. And there were a few extra cheese sticks in there... So I'm ok. I get home and pull it all out of the bag.. and there was no marinara for the cheese sticks. At least they tried... I suppose.

You know its amazing what you see in a drive thru window so I ordered my food and pulled up to window girl took my payment and gave me my drink then I sat there 15 to 20 mins waiting on food and while I was sitting there she was picking a zit on side of her face then this other girl brings my food to me no sorry for the wait no nothing I won't be back

Everytime I come to this Arby’s, I have a problem, but the manager name Lexi is very unprofessional have the most nasty as attitude, and very disrespectful to customers. I had a bad experience with her this evening. I will never go back to this Arby’s.

Well, bought a smokehouse brisket sandwich and when we got home, which is 15 minutes away, there was none. Instead we had a 1/2 pound roast beef. Not happy about that at all! I ordered the brisket for a reason! We also got 2 of the cheese steaks which looked delicious on the picture baby the drive thru order menu. And they were NOTHING like the pictures and they did NOT taste good at all! They were so skinny and barely any meat on them at all! Very frustrated with this location and probably will NOT go back there. We would rather drive the extra 10 minutes for a different one!

First time being at Arby's in quite awhile. Sometimes ya just need a beef and cheese. Nice change from burgers or chicken. Only two customers in there while we were in there.

We went to this Arby’s for dinner and our order was incorrect. We then called up there about the order being wrong and were told we could come back. When we arrived, our sandwich that was incorrect and had been siting out the whole time was given to us. Not only did we have to drive the 20 minutes all the way to Arby’s, but they couldn’t even take the time to make the sandwich over. Will not be going back here.
