Really disappointed this visit, my burger was not fully cooked!! My husband ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and the chicken strips inside were so thin you could barely see the white (chicken) in between the breading!! We also ordered jalapeno poppers (small), curly fries and pumpkin turnover(pumpkin filling looked like jelly) :( our meal was $30

Mediocre everything. The food, the atmosphere created by the staff and the food (it bears repeating). I have said before that Arby's would be a frequent slightly higher priced fast food if the food was also higher quality. My co-diners and I all felt a little queasy afterwards which I attribute to the oil not being refreshed often enough.

I came on Tuesday night around closing time. There was a customer slamming doors, cussing and acting like a fool in the driveway through line. The employees were kind, doing the best they could and handled it very well. Considering we are in the middle of a natural disaster and they came to work anyways, great job under difficult circumstances.

The Arby’s in Powdersville is one of the most Efficient and friendly teams that I have witnessed. From the moment you start your order until the time you pull off they are constantly checking and making sure that you have everything you need. It is very refreshing to see that level of customer service.
I stopped by Arby's for a milkshake and was told by the person in the drive-thru the total was $ 5.45 , I gave the young man $ 6.00 total in one dollar bills. He thanked me and I almost drove off but he owed me .55 cents change so I asked him for my .55 cent . He handed me my receipt with 25 cents, so I asked him about the additional change and he said you will have to wait until I open my drawer again. I was so mad I just drove off. If one person takes 25 cents from every customer that comes thru the drive thru a day, not only do you loose profit but will loose customers also. I know that 25 cents is a small amount but it will add up after a while. I will not stop again at this Arby's unless I have the correct change.
