Went to eat there around 4pm and all the door were locked. I looked in the windows and the employees are just sitting around. They saw me and literally ignored me. It’s pathetic. If the owner and manager actually ran their store properly this wouldn’t happen.

I ordered the double bbq bacon burger. Have to say this is the worst tasting burger I ever ordered. It seems like they took 2 frozen patties out, microwaved them till they were dried out. Horrible burger. Sticking with roast beef from now on

Honestly, I’m really disappointed. They asked me if I wanted sauce and I asked for a bunch of Arby’s sauces. At the drive-through window, I asked to make sure that they added all the Arby’s sauces because I got a bunch of classic roast beef sandwiches. The girl reassured me that they had put a bunch in. I had checked to make sure that the food was there, but assumed that the sauces were all at the bottom. Just discovered 15 minutes later they did not indeed put ANY sauces in. Upset is an understatement considering now I just have a bunch of dry sandwiches and unhappy kids.

I went around lunchtime the food was fresh. However, the cheese sticks were possible old. The cheese was almost like a texture or melted powder. ( hard to explain) When asking for the marinara sauce for them. It was like a hassle and a burden on the staff. What made the experience even more interesting. Was listening to all of their unusual and not so professional conversation while dining in. I mean you do get what you paid for.

Never had a bad experience until recently. Sunday night I ordered a bacon turkey ranch sandwich and was given crumbs for bacon. Didn’t even equal half a piece of bacon.
