Got to say this was the worst Bojangles Experience I’ve ever had as far as food quality Date 1/11/2026 6:00 pm. Ordered 8 piece family meal two sides First off the chicken definitely was not even close to fresh Biscuits hard as a rock 1st side fries had so much salt on them me and my wife couldn’t eat them and i like there seasoning but extremely to much 2nd side mac/cheese was ok but overall meal was not worth $25 Definitely would not recommend this Bojangles for fresh or hot food to anyone

Only one employee was actually working. I honestly felt bad for the young man. He was taking orders, cleaning the lobby, filling orders and the ones from drive through. All the while one girl went out to smoke and to her car and the other two were just gossiping between taking the drive-thru orders.

I'll admit that we have recently experienced poor service with various Bojangles while travelling. Usually we are in a hurry and want to minimize our stop time, and since Covid, our experiences with Bojangles have been very slow, and food and restaurant quality has been hit and miss. This visit was on a Sunday on our way back home from Atlanta and our usual option of Chick-fil-A was out of the question, so we stopped at Bojangles, one of our old favorites from the past. We went inside instead of going through the drive-through so that we could use the facilities, and saw a large group in front of us, so we considered going back out and going through the drive through. But we went ahead and waited in line. This location greatly exceeded our expectations. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly, Bo-rounds were available even though it was the lunch hour, our order was completely correct, everything was perfectly cooked, and it came out in a reasonable time even with the large group in front of us. The gentleman even apologized for the wait which was unnecessary as we didn't feel that we waited that long. Please pass our complements and appreciation on to the staff.

Half of the time your order will be wrong. It doesn't matter how large or small. Half the on a 12 price chicken meal what you get isn't what you order. Small orders are same. They even manage to screw up a sausage biscuit, boo rounds and a drink!

Change your hours if you can't open on time. It's ridiculous, that you advertise 5am and at 5:15 your still NOT open.
My husband watched a male employee use the restroom then walked directly out without washing his hands and then into the kitchen.

When I pulled up I noticed a line, but thought nothing of it since it was breakfast. Made it through a line of around 8 cars in less than 3mins. It was quite impressive! Customer service was good as well. I didnt go inside, but id imagine based on everything I noticed in the drive-thru that the upkeep inside would match the effort they put into the drive-thru. Food was great though! Best Bojangles that I've been to.

When you place an online order ahead and they are supposed to bring it to your car......and you had to put in the information of your car....and they never bring it to your car? They just left it on the counter just sitting there and I had to go inside to pick it up myself. Tell me what is the point of ordering online for curbside pickup and you letting them know you are in the parking lot as you checked in as you are supposed too? What a joke!! Won't make this mistake again and order ahead online for curbside pick up.
I went through the drive through. As I pulled up I asked if we could come to the window. They didn't mind, ( I've had some experiences where other restaurants get irritated) I Expressed that we haven't eaten at Bojangles in years. I showed a picture of wings that I guess were a limited time. And explain that my son had autism and I just wanted to make sure that he would eat them. The lady at the window was more than happy to help. She showed us what one of the wings look like that they did have. And my son said that he would eat it. She also helped me figure out what I wanted to eat. I ended up getting the bo chicken bites meal, Cajun biscuit meal, and a the three-wing meal for my son. Once we got home we tried Bojangles for the very first time in years. My son tried it for the very first time in his life. He demolished the chicken wings. The bo bites were cooked perfect. They had plenty of meat in them, I am very pleased. My husband said that he loved the Cajun biscuit. The mac and cheese was a bit dry. But it was more moist than most places weve ate at. I'd say right up under Chick-fil-A Mac and cheese. ( But that could just be because we stopped by at 8:00 p.m.). So I want to say thank you to the lady at the window and to the staff for being patient with us. And showing hospitality. Although it may not mean much, they made our family's night. 💯

Hands down the joke of the area . The employees (night shift) are slack, ignore you and have attitudes like they were forced to work there. They seem to almost always not have what you order available with a 10 minute or more wait time. Do some firing and hiring of a better more attentive staff that doesn’t make the company and management look like an embarrassment.
