When you place an online order ahead and they are supposed to bring it to your car......and you had to put in the information of your car....and they never bring it to your car? They just left it on the counter just sitting there and I had to go inside to pick it up myself. Tell me what is the point of ordering online for curbside pickup and you letting them know you are in the parking lot as you checked in as you are supposed too? What a joke!! Won't make this mistake again and order ahead online for curbside pick up.

I went through the drive through. As I pulled up I asked if we could come to the window. They didn't mind, ( I've had some experiences where other restaurants get irritated) I Expressed that we haven't eaten at Bojangles in years. I showed a picture of wings that I guess were a limited time. And explain that my son had autism and I just wanted to make sure that he would eat them. The lady at the window was more than happy to help. She showed us what one of the wings look like that they did have. And my son said that he would eat it. She also helped me figure out what I wanted to eat. I ended up getting the bo chicken bites meal, Cajun biscuit meal, and a the three-wing meal for my son. Once we got home we tried Bojangles for the very first time in years. My son tried it for the very first time in his life. He demolished the chicken wings. The bo bites were cooked perfect. They had plenty of meat in them, I am very pleased. My husband said that he loved the Cajun biscuit. The mac and cheese was a bit dry. But it was more moist than most places weve ate at. I'd say right up under Chick-fil-A Mac and cheese. ( But that could just be because we stopped by at 8:00 p.m.). So I want to say thank you to the lady at the window and to the staff for being patient with us. And showing hospitality. Although it may not mean much, they made our family's night. 💯

Hands down the joke of the area . The employees (night shift) are slack, ignore you and have attitudes like they were forced to work there. They seem to almost always not have what you order available with a 10 minute or more wait time. Do some firing and hiring of a better more attentive staff that doesn’t make the company and management look like an embarrassment.

Second time at a Bojangles. Food is good and inexpensive. Cheaper meals than McDonalds!

Bojangles has its charm, I guess? The food is mid and the restaurant is nothing to rave about even in the space of fast food. If it's a Sunday and Chick-fil-A is closed.

Not a bad store in general but regularly getting orders wrong with staff in a very noncommittal gaze.

Only get your order correct about 75% of the time, even after repeating it back to you.

30 minutes to get one sausage egg and cheese biscuit, the girl up front yelling about customers not speaking english, she is literally yelling for help and no one comes to help her, long line and very frustrated people, watched people just walk out and not order.

Oh yeah, and a family was missing 4 items from their order, like how? I could understand 1?

No managers in sight, either there aren't any or they were just hiding in the back, the front end employees looked like deers in the headlights.
