Worst Bojangles experience by far, and I have had a lot of bad Bojangles experiences. I placed my order on the app and when I got to the restaurant 30 minutes later, my order was not ready. After waiting for 15 minutes for my order, I got home to find pretty much everything was inedible. They seem to be shortstaffed, but my recommendation would be to close your doors before offering this type of experience to a customer.

Pulled up around 7pm tonight and ordered. After waiting 15 mins in line, I was told that the location was out of CHICKEN. There was no apology and the kid at the window was rude about it. Never going back and I live 5 mins from it.

I made an online order for the Bojangles app for an egg and cheese combo Bo size with seasoned fries and then just a Cajun filet biscuit by itself. When I got there after telling them I was there for an online order I was told to pull up to the window where I sat for 5 minutes then I was told that they didn't couldn't make my egg and cheese biscuit because the grill was not working and would I like anything else, after thinking about it for a minute I asked if I could just get another Cajun filet biscuit the nice lady there said yes absolutely then I had to wait for another 10 minutes while they cooked it, but then when I got home I discovered I had one Cajun filet biscuit instead of two and my fries... The lady I interacted with was extremely nice but Bojangles as a company sucks 😔 as much as I love the food this will be the last time I will go there

Employee came in from outside did not wash your hands. Took the order of the guy in front of me. Then took my order and proceeded take my order. Again, she did not wash her hands after coming from outside nor did she wear any gloves. She proceeded to fix my food and as I’m watching, I noticed her finger on the inside the container that she was about to put my dirty rice in.

If I could give this place no stars I would. It's been 30min and still no food has came out. Staff seemed not to care. There were 4 people behind the counter and in the kitchen and 2 outside talking. The manager was also there. She seemed to not be managing a single thing and was just messing with the napkins. Cars were lined up in the drive thru and no food going out to them either. When the food finally came out, the order was wrong and the 4 employees seemed inconvenienced and had an attitude problem and laughed about it. Do yourself a favor and go to KFC and eat. You'll save a ton of time. This location and employees working there are garbage.
Wings are not worth $14.99 one of them smelled an taste weird I'm probably not going back to that one

The lady at the speaker kept rushing our order then ordering the complete opposite thing we said and when we finally were able to pull around the manager came to yell at us through the window about how we were in the wrong. And ofc after all that’s they still messed our order up . Terrible management, terrible employees, all around a terrible restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Go to any other bojangles but this one.

I keep forgetting to leave this review, but i came in about a week ago, ordered the chicken tender family meal, we also ordered a family sized side of mashed potatoes and a regular sized side of coleslaw. they gave us a family sized side of coleslaw and it made my day! everything was really good, i tried the dirty rice for the first time and it was amazing!

Went through drive thru this morning with a large order about $40. I was so pleasantly shocked due to such poor service in alot of this industry of late, but this crew was on fire. Friendly, kind, attentive, and FAST. I was in and out with my order 100% correct and food was out. Thank you to the crew and management at this location made my day.
