Drive thru order. No errors on order. Fries were hot and fresh. The only issue seems to be that Whoppers seem to be made in a hurry and pretty sloppy. Excessive mayo and pickles and one tiny piece of tomato in a corner. Burger meat was cool to touch. Eww.. Was hard to eat the sandwich. For $9, do better on the sandwich, please!

If I could do zero stars I would do it. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I placed an order through their Mobile app and then the manager claimed they had their mobile app had been down since the storm. Then refused to give me the store info and slammed the window closed in my face and said it wasn’t her problem and I have to worry about getting my money back. When she as the manager should have made the order as it was for one meal. Instead acted tacky and completely unprofessional. Will absolutely never return. Probably better that I didn’t get the food because the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years and the people there were making things with no gloves

Went to this Burger King off 85 in Powdersville to order some food for my kids, went to leave, but checked the food first like I do with every restaurant, my wife noticed that what she believed to be two burgers missing, I went back in expecting just to collect the mistake, but was told to go to my vehicle and get the entire order so I did which was fine, I went back in with the food and Josiah attempted to help figure out what was wrong with my order, Josiah Asked what was missing and I told him, I thought it was 2 burgers, so he counted in the bag which was fine, and it wound up being only oneBurger missing.... I don't know who the lady was, but she looked like a manager and was in the back cooking, she asked what was missing or what was wrong, and Josiah told her that I was missing two double cheeseburgers and I said no not double.....and I was cut off in a very disturbing discriminatory way by the woman making the sandwich I was spewed at in a very nasty manner and I quote: "I DIDN'T ASK YOU!" .."JOSIAH I ASKED YOU WHAT IS MISSING?"....she treated me like a she hated me and I never met her in my life. So word to the wise Powdersville (which is predominantly white ppl btw) do not go to this Burger King, you may be risking your health and possibly...probably being treated like a piece of shit by a racist that works there....Josiah was a decent person though, no issues with his service.

Went by at 915 as an employee was standing around smoking. Tried to open door and greeted with inside lobby is closed. Only employee there so I left and want be back. The employees they hire dont care as long as they can ride the clock and stand around and get paid.
Don't usually go to BK, but it was the closest place near the highway on our trip back to San Antonio from Virginia. Service was great. Young man at register very courteous. Food was hot. Very clean restaurant.

I just stopped by to get a friend some sweet tea, but the young man who took my order and served me the tea was absolutely wonderful and he was very polite, I wish I had gotten his name because he deserves the recognition, I will next time...and he is the reason for the 5 stars...sir next time your name will be on this post...
