The gentlemen name Hyram does not belong in customer Service , very rude and when I spoke he just nodded his head like he’s standing on the block with his buddy

Pulled into drive thru and asked for a bacon and cheese croissant. Lady said u want a sausage egg and cheese. I replied with no it's a bacon and cheese croissant. She repeats the order sausage egg and cheese. So I spoke up loader id like a bacon and cheese croissant. She then says im not even making your food.
So now you can't take the order properly because your not listening. And you get an attitude because your not doing your job correctly. But turn away guest because you get mad cause someone repeats there order.
Yall seriously need to check your customer service. I've worked in customer service for 20 years and this is not how you do it. Specially with a guest that's telling you their order and you can't even repeat it correctly. It was only one item. And you couldn't get it right.
They messed up our order but they politely and professional corrected it.

Dining room is on the smaller side of what I remember but everything else was good. 4 stars just because it's a roadside fast-food place, which is convenient but not something I'm going out of my way to get on return trips.

Waited over 15 min for our order. Employees were rude. Food was old and wrong. Tables and restraunt were dirty and un kept Blows my mind how places like this pass a DHEC inspection and stay in business. Re made the food still wrong....

Most of the young qorks were dragging their feet. The young guy running register was mumbling and talk so low. I could barely understand what he was saying.

Sadly I didn't get the young man's name, but he gave the best service. He took our order, cooked our food, and served it to us. It was hot and fresh.

It was after dine in hours , and the lady let me order through the drive thru , I had my truck parked at pilot , that was very good!
I sat in the drive thru for an order with 3 cars ahead of me took 25 minutes to get my food

Average fast food. Wait is long however
I had to give one star in order to give a review. This is the worst experience I have had with a Burger King. The wait in the drive thru was ridiculously long. Our order was wrong. Didn’t get the fries at all. Then the drinks we ordered were small sprite, lg Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper. What we got was a small sprite, a lg sprite and a regular coke. When I told the server at the window he ignored me the first time. Then told me to park it. I refused because I had waited too long already. His attitude immediately changed. He gave the drinks we ordered and wouldn’t take back the ones we didn’t have room for. He slammed with window shut. Never going back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I waited over 35 minutes for my order, which is completely unacceptable for fast food. No updates were provided during the wait, and I eventually had to go up to the front counter myself to ask what was going on. The staff didn’t offer any kind of apology or explanation. Very poor customer service and lack of basic courtesy. I won’t be returning to this location.
Yea won’t be back!!! The manager “said” the meals come Medium size. I told her not according to the menu. STOP OVER CHARGING PEOPLE FOR STUFF SO YOU CAN MAKE YOUR BONUS! 2nd don’t lie to your customers because you can’t manage your sock drawer and doing an even worse job at this store!!!
