Sadly I didn't get the young man's name, but he gave the best service. He took our order, cooked our food, and served it to us. It was hot and fresh.
It was after dine in hours , and the lady let me order through the drive thru , I had my truck parked at pilot , that was very good!
I sat in the drive thru for an order with 3 cars ahead of me took 25 minutes to get my food

I had to give one star in order to give a review. This is the worst experience I have had with a Burger King. The wait in the drive thru was ridiculously long. Our order was wrong. Didn’t get the fries at all. Then the drinks we ordered were small sprite, lg Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper. What we got was a small sprite, a lg sprite and a regular coke. When I told the server at the window he ignored me the first time. Then told me to park it. I refused because I had waited too long already. His attitude immediately changed. He gave the drinks we ordered and wouldn’t take back the ones we didn’t have room for. He slammed with window shut. Never going back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I waited over 35 minutes for my order, which is completely unacceptable for fast food. No updates were provided during the wait, and I eventually had to go up to the front counter myself to ask what was going on. The staff didn’t offer any kind of apology or explanation. Very poor customer service and lack of basic courtesy. I won’t be returning to this location.
Yea won’t be back!!! The manager “said” the meals come Medium size. I told her not according to the menu. STOP OVER CHARGING PEOPLE FOR STUFF SO YOU CAN MAKE YOUR BONUS! 2nd don’t lie to your customers because you can’t manage your sock drawer and doing an even worse job at this store!!!

Cashier was not having a good day, a little on the rude side. Hopefully, he's doing better. We all have bad days. Coffee needs attention.

This is the first place I've been that doesn't take Discover. For this I'd give them 3 stars. It was a little inconvenient for me to get another card BUT the food was fresh and hot (i got the fish sandwich). The guy at the drive thru was friendly and gave me ketchup even though I forgot to ask. For that it gets 5 stars. Visit was on Wednesday Feb 12 between noon and 1 PM.

The place was so somber. I ordered a Bacon melt, but bacon and onions were COLD. We were already heading south before finding out.

The young man TC ( I think his name is) was very welcoming and courteous.
You shod hire more people like him. Professional and courteous. I will definitely go back to this location.
