We had a large party of 10, ages 10 to 102! Our waiters, Ely and Mahogany were wonderful! They treated us like royalry. The food was excellent, as always, but the service was beyond expectation. Thank you to this Cracker Barrel and their excellent staff for a delightful experience. This was our annual Cracker Barrel Christmas when we meet family from North Carolina, have lunch and then pull around back to exchange gifts and celebrate Christmas. We have met at the Exit 40 Cracker Barrel for about 8 years for this family tradition. Thank you once again for a wonderful day!!

As always, Cracker Barrel staff were pleasant, attentive and kept our sweet topped off. The food was pretty amazing. Looking for some homemade style food, then look no further, Cracker Barrel will provide. Nice job to your team!

Food is not as good as past visits. Quality seems to be slipping as does service. The store is always nice and the staff there is helpful and upbeat. Not so much in restaurant side, sadly. Not sure why it's changed in the restaurant, but it's sad. We used to love eating here. Last 2 visits were pretty horrible with food and service.
