I had the BEST experience at Cracker Barrel thanks to our waitress, April! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect always checking in with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed.
Honestly, April is the best server I’ve ever had anywhere! She made our visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be back because of her outstanding service. Cracker Barrel is lucky to have her!

I always enjoy myself at this location. The waitress always check on you every 10 minutes or so. The food always fresh. And the atmosphere is always pleasant The times I visited.

Had two meals that were terrible Asked server if new chicken bites would be freshly cooked and hot. Always was reply They were cold and so hard you could not eat Told server. Her reply I’m sorry about that Vegetables not even warm. Pot Roast so cold gravy was congealed .Why has food gotten so bad and our bill was $50 I will do my best to tell everyone Told check out clerk she did not care

I have been here plenty of times, and the one day I come. I had to wait 45 mins for just PANCAKES! The store wasn’t busy, other people that sat after us received their food before me. Didn’t get any refills for water we had to keep asking. The service was definitely not great at all! And I WILL NOT BE BACK. They have too many little kids in here that don’t know what work is!
