Great food and service always enjoy everything on their menu

server was not knowledgeable about taking an order, fulfilling and order or bringing everything we ordered. was very displeased

The wait staff is amazing and work cohesively as a team the wait was good and the food excellent! Thank you for having us in your dinning room!

Had two meals that were terrible Asked server if new chicken bites would be freshly cooked and hot. Always was reply They were cold and so hard you could not eat Told server. Her reply I’m sorry about that Vegetables not even warm. Pot Roast so cold gravy was congealed .Why has food gotten so bad and our bill was $50 I will do my best to tell everyone Told check out clerk she did not care

I have been here plenty of times, and the one day I come. I had to wait 45 mins for just PANCAKES! The store wasn’t busy, other people that sat after us received their food before me. Didn’t get any refills for water we had to keep asking. The service was definitely not great at all! And I WILL NOT BE BACK. They have too many little kids in here that don’t know what work is!

Service was crappy ! Didn’t receive our food for a hour and only got a breakfast! Very rude service had to keep reminding the server to refill our drinks , def felt out of place ! If you go go to the one of woodruff road !

To be honest, if I could give "0" stars i would. It takes alot to receive a bad review from me, because I know there are many factors in the running of a restaurant, but proper training, and a knowledge of what is going on, means something!
We arrived, yes, and hour till close, ordered quickly, as not to hold anyone up longer than they would be. After ordering, and sitting there the first time for over 20 minutes, we were informed of items they didn't have, no biggie, we ordered different sides. Waiting another 15 minutes, only to find out that they were out of yet more items we ordered. Now the third time, and we are at 40 minutes with NO food, being told they are out of, you guessed it, more of what we wanted.

So, dear management, train your employees on the knowledge of what is available late at night, as not to waste a family's time, with two hungry children, and let's face it make yourself look like a fool. This is the first time I have ever walked out of any Cracker Barrel without eating, and so dissatisfied in the entire experience we had. The waitress was pleasant, yet under trained, and was getting frustrated. Again, when late at night, it's on the kitchen staff/manager to let them know what's available and what's not as not to waste people's time.

One of my wife's favorite places to eat, but I never get enough to eat the food is great but the servings are to small for what you pay you should get more food.

We waited almost 1.5 hours for our food. We had a party of 9. Our waitress was at best not even average. I would give her a 2 out of a 10. As to the delay or complications the rendering answer isn’t that the restaurant was busy as it wasn’t.

We ate here on Thanksgiving round noon.
My wife and I ordered the Turkey Dinners and our friend ordered country fried steak.
The turkey meals arrived but were swerved lukewarm not hot. We were hungry so we ate it as is. The cornbread and biscuits came late in the meal but were good. We did not care for the sweet potato side dish that came with the meal but the other parts of the meal were good.
