If you have anywhere you have to be in the mornings, definitely go elsewhere. The drive-through is horribly slow. One of the worst around.

I purposely avoid this location after attempting to try it for the 5th time and AGAIN having a horrible experience! It takes a lot for me to make a 2 star review! After working myself in the food industry for 14 years. I know good service and quality! The ladies/other fellas inside have a complete lack of respect. And they voice it! Coming through drive thru I needed a bagel with sausage and cheese it was even repeated back to me nope I received sausage and egg. Came inside! I let her know. She went back and I heard a LOUD growl type scream! Girl I hope you are okay! I know I am. Its a BAGEL. The management coming from the back office with her phones shows me she had no time or energy for it. Just lazy. All I could hear was drama, cursing, and people talking junk. Nice atmosphere to take a kid into huh? There will not be a 6th time! 😉

I haven’t had any issues with rude employees, but 9 times out of 10, if I don’t pay extra for an additional espresso shot, my drink ends up tasting like milk and syrup. The drinks are rarely made the same way twice—there’s no consistency. You never really know what you’re going to get… the best tasting coffee or just a cup if milk and syrup.

The Dunkin in Powdersville,SC had loud rap music with cursing. I had to leave because I had 3 children under the age of 7. There is a time and place for music with cursing. So disappointing.

Horrible experience. Had a simple order. It took the whole crew just to get my order correct 0One of the crew members was very rude!! Didn't get her name, she might want to go into a field because her customer service and attitude suck. I suggest maybe a janitor or custodian.

I just paid six dollars for a tall glass of milk ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I tried to call the store to see if I could come back by sometime this week and get my order fixed, but the voicemail is full. I’m not the difficult care type or want to complain, but this is not a latte.
This is ridiculous. I wasn’t able to go back through. I’m on a time schedule and I work hard for my money. This is the second time this has happened to me just in the past two weeks.
